L’accueil impeccable.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut aufgeteilt und sehr stimmig möbliert. Zwei Balkone, davon einer mit Blick auf das Matterhorn, waren perfekt.
Das Personal war - besonders an der Rezeption- sehr freundlich und zugewandt, aber auch im zugehörigen Pub und Restaurant. Der Voucher zur Begrüßung wurde in der Bar eingelöst.

This is one of those rare hotels that you fall in love with from the very first minute, making you feel not just like another guest, but like a welcome friend coming home.

The team is truly incredible instead of simply handing over the keys, they gave us a warm personal tour, sharing the building's rich history and the stories behind its interior details, as every single corner here has its own soul.

The food deserves a special mention on its own, with every dish at the restaurant prepared to the highest standard.

We loved absolutely everything down to the finest detail; it is rare to find a place you never want to leave and where you already find yourself planning your next stay on check-out day.

We stayed at Unique Hotel Post Zermatt and honestly, it exceeded every expectation. Start with the food — breakfast and dinner were both outstanding, some of the best hotel dining I’ve experienced. The chef deserves serious recognition.

Our room had a private jacuzzi and an incredible direct view of the Matterhorn — an unexpected bonus that made the stay feel truly special. After a full day of hiking, the bed gave me the best sleep I’d had in a long time. It’s clear every detail was carefully thought out, right down to how quiet the rooms are — the soundproofing is excellent, you genuinely don’t hear a thing from outside your walls.

Staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel taken care of the whole time. The hotel also has 5 different bars plus its own club, so there’s plenty of energy if you’re looking for it — a nice contrast to how peaceful the rooms are.

The spa is its own highlight — we left completely relaxed and recharged.

We’re already planning to return for the winter season. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Zermatt.

Location was great. Room was great. Tub/Shower was nice. We liked that the bathroom was separate but yet very connected to the room. The breakfast was great. We liked to start the day there. The morning train was at 7 am one day so we were rushed from time that day since breakfast starts at 6:30

Hôtel bien situé au coeur de la station de Zermatt, sur la rue principale, mais pourtant très calme. Notre chambre était magnifique, pierre et bois, c'est du haut standing pour un prix correct. Le personnel était incroyablement serviable et agréable, on nous a proposé un verre de bienvenue, et au départ une bouteille d'eau et un taxi pour la gare !
Il y a un restaurant et un bar au rez-de-chaussée, mais nous ne les avons pas entendu. Belle salle de petit-déjeuner et buffet correct, sans être particulièrement remarquable.

Super Hotel mitten in Zermatt, tolles Personal. Sehr gemütliches Zimmer mit Blick aufs Matterhorn, sensationell. Es war ein echtes Erlebnis.

Centrale ligging, moderne styling, faciliteiten (keuze uit verschillende restaurants behorende bij het hotel, jaccuzzi), erg goed ontbijt.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was fabulous! The overall vibe of the hotel is mountain modern and we loved it!

Location, location, location! Unique Post Hotel was in the perfect location to explore Zermatt. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. Our room, which overlooked The Matterhorn, was perfect…fresh, comfortable bedding, very clean, and two separate doors/windows that could be open for fresh air. Added perk…the Brown Cow Tavern was attached! We can’t wait to return.
