The comfort in the superior room was completely fine as the space was large, the bed was highly comfortable, and the bathroom with a great shower and a double sink was very functional. The air conditioning worked brilliantly on the dehumidify setting, keeping the room pleasant, and room service cleaned regularly every day except Wednesdays and Sundays. The hotel's location is absolutely great and convenient for walking around, the entire staff was extremely friendly, and the pool bar stays open until midnight. Special praise goes to the maintenance of the outdoor areas, as the pool was cleaned daily and the surroundings were machine-washed every single day.
The absolute worst part was the hotel wristband system. They tighten a wristband on you that cannot be removed without cutting it off, making you feel marked like cattle when walking around the town, forcing you to act as a walking advertisement for the hotel in public. Another clear downside was the breakfast; the cold cuts and salami had a very strange taste and were of the cheapest quality, while the croissants lacked freshness and felt like leftovers from dinner. Additionally, the Ikea sofa in the superior room did not look clean at all, the Wi-Fi in the room was quite slow, and access to the pool is too limited since it only opens from 10:30 to 18:30, whereas it should be open for swimming at least an hour longer in the evening.

The easy access to restaurants and the beach Also the only pool available was good.
The staff were rude. The accommodation was urgently in need of renovation. The beds were uncomfortable giving my so serious back ache. The food was awful except for breakfast which was better. The only bar was in the small area in the middle of the swimming pool.
The hotel was exactly what I needed for some "me" time. The room was huge and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and the services available in the hotel were very good! It's a place to visit again, with no doubt.
This hotel is in a perfect location for all you need in Playa del Ingles.
I booked this hotel at an extremely late notice, due to being stuck in Gran Canaria because of the problems with air traffic control.
The staff couldn't be more helpful. Each and everyone of them are super friendly.
You can see the hotel is being upgraded gradually, and we ended up with a room that hadn't made that list yet.
Granted, our was extremely dated, but just go with the retro vibe if you end up in one of those rooms.
The swimming pool is so warm, and the breakfast is incredible.
No kettle or toaster in the room, not even a tea towel. Us Brits do like a cuppa tea first thing. 😄

Location is excellent. Nice area, very safe, very central, close to the beach, shops, nightlife, bus stop etc. The room had excellent aircon which was on 24/7 with a 40c heatwave. Good strong shower and big balcony. Rooms are clean and dont have any bugs like ants or cockroaches which is great :)
I paid for breakfast for the week which was excellent. Great selection of breads, fruit, meats, pastries, coffees, Juice etc. Staff are always very polite, friendly and helpful and reception is open 24/7 which is great if you are checking in late. Check out is at 12 but you can pay 10e per hour if you need to stay longer if you have an evening flight or you can leave you bags in the hold room and they have shower facility on 2nd floor but I chose to extend until 4pm to save all the stress and enjoy my last day.
I paid for one of the old rooms which are small and dingy with a beat up tiny old plastic sofa which was gross. I stayed here before but the last time the room was fully equiped for self-catering living with pots, pans, kettle, cuttlery etc but on this occasion there was nothing. I was so angry because it was not cheap to stay here but clearly under the new owners Blusea they are doing this on purpose to get you to not self cater and eat and pay for their food. I paid for breakfast only for the week and if i wanted full board I would have opted for that.
I complained at reception and they quickly gave me a kettle, a pot and a frying pan and some cushions for the sofa but very poor form from them. Even the receptionist guy was kind of embarrased and couldnt help me enough. In future I would book the more modern and expensive rooms and I would AVOID these old rooms. This left a very bad taste in my mouth.
