Very pleasant, refurbished room was lovely especially the shower amd comfortable new mattresses. Swimming pool very nice

El desayuno no lo puede disfrutar porque empezaba a las 7:30 y tenia que irme
La cena muy buena de lo poco que quedaba porque era hasta las 21 y casi no llego estaban recogiendo y me hicieron el favor.

Pros:

La localización. Perfecta para disfrutar de Maspalomas.

Cons:

Que tuviéramos que solicitar una cama doble como salía en la foto de la reserva y nos digan que es bajo disponibilidad. Además habían cucarachas en el apartamento.

Pros:

reception was clean and tidy, pool was nice

Cons:

staff were rude, pool life guard was over the top, rude, restrictive and in everyones business every day. The fact you have to wear a wristband to show you stay there is ridiculous. Rooms are VERY dated, beds are like rocks and furniture is horrible. Room shower gel wasn't topped up all week and I had to go to the shop and buy shower gel. Reception staff were unhelpful and disinterested, didn't even explain to me where everything was during check in and gave me no information whatsoever. Also, complete lack of understanding to those checking out late with no option for showers or anywhere to get changed. Was suggested we just use the pool side cold shower to have a wash. Food at the mini bar buy the pool was also disgusting with the chicken burger so processed. No mayonnaise during the whole week that I visited too even though there are 4 spars within 500m of the hotel.

Apartamentos para hobbit
Pros:

La piscina el buffet y la comida estaba buena

Cons:

Debería haber más variedad de comida en la habitación estaba sucio nada más llegar las camas eran incómodas y la cocina una persona de obesidad no cabía en mi opinión deberían hacer reformas en las habitaciones para un 4*
