DO NOT STAY HERE ! I had a Dangerous room with water flowing from the ceiling down onto down electrical main box and light switches and flloor.. They REFUSED to change my room, or any refunds ! See photo` proof ;
Despite being a return customer ............
My 17 day stay was simply lethal and dangerous !
l ! Im 70, and disabled so it was NOT relaxing as a holiday as it should be.. A wrong wristband for breakfast was put on me, I had to go back to reception to get it changed, then I found I had been Overcharged by 3 days for my safe, despite requesting a refund of 6 euro`s 4 days in a row, I never received it.Reception staff repeating everyday " We have a new owner" trying to blame every problem on that !...Thats NOT MY PROBLEM !
Then the BIG problems happened ;
My room was flooded by the air conditioning system, filling the ceiling tiles with gallons water that ran down the main electrical box and light switch and made a dangerous mess on the floor......I requested a change of rooms, which did NOT happen. It took 6 hours to sort out and clean up the mess, so my afternoon was wasted ....Then 3 days later the toilet flush broke, again, an afternoon wasted with maintenance staff coming and going whilst search fo the part need...The bed had a sheet of chipboard supporting the mattress and scratched my leg as it stuck out,, the wall covering outside the room door was coming away and had nails sticking out to scratch your leg ! NO apology , no refund , NO reply after emailing the problems to the hotel manager and the reception manager, so will be complaining to Booking.com.and credit card company.
UPDATE : Rey Carlos refuse any partial refund, to myself OR having been contacted by Booking.com , again refused a refund. Credit card company involved.

La comida era decadente, las instalaciones estaban muy viejas, sobretodo la habitación. El aire acondicionado de la habitación fallaba,los horarios del buffet estaba echo para extranjeros y la ducha de la habitación aparte que se salia el agua mojando todo el baño y la temperatura del agua cambiaba de caliente a fría haciendo que ducharse fuera todo un reto

Las habitaciones requieren reformas

La cena no nos gustó, nos pareció comida precocinada.

Mobiliario bastante viejo

Soy una persona que suele adaptarse bastante bien a los lugares, pero en este caso hubo varios aspectos que no me gustaron.

En primer lugar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Se lo comenté al recepcionista y me indicó que en ese momento no había técnicos disponibles para repararlo, algo que puedo comprender siendo las 20:00 horas. Sin embargo, al día siguiente nadie pasó a revisarlo ni tampoco tuvieron el detalle de preguntar si necesitaba un ventilador o si había podido descansar adecuadamente durante la noche.

Por otro lado, resultó incómodo escuchar a algunos miembros del personal quejarse de forma continua sobre cuestiones laborales relacionadas con el hotel.

A pesar de haber leído previamente algunas reseñas negativas, quise darle un voto de confianza al establecimiento. Por eso me parece una pena que, teniendo una ubicación tan buena, no ofrezcan un servicio acorde a las expectativas que genera.

No pone que cobran por mascota y al llegar te cobran 20€ por noche
Habían cucarachas

Antiguos necesitan reforma, cocina mini, sofás horrible cama fatal baño malo

Al complejo le hace falta una remodelación total, tanto en habitaciones como en zonas comunes.
Sin generalizar, hay cierto personal de cara al público que no tiene carácter para estar ahí.

Que nos tocó un apartamento no reformado.

Los pasillos de las habitaciones parecen de película de miedo, de lo lugubres que son.
Y el mobiliario de las habitaciones, son muy antiguos y oscuros.

Todo super bien
