Io e mia madre siamo appena rientrate da questa vacanza che ci ha piacevolmente catturate! Siamo state accolte da subito con immensa gentilezza ed educazione e così è stato per tutta la nostra permanenza a partite dalla reception ai camerieri di sala ed alla signora che riordina le camere!
Un plauso a Salvatore, un caro uomo sempre accogliente e disponibile e a Pasquale che con la sua gentilezza ed allegria ha reso i nostri pasti ancor piĂą piacevoli!
La struttura è molto bella, con terrazze vista mare meravigliose! La nostra camera comoda, ampia e con un bellissimo balcone che guardava la piscina ed il mare lateralmente, peccato solo per il tanto sole e caldo che non ci ha permesso di sfruttarlo se non per stendere i panni grazie ad un piccolo ma comodo stendino a muro! Di giorno abbiamo goduto appieno di una delle sette piscine presenti, nonostante la struttura fosse al completo abbiamo notato con grande meraviglia che non vi era affollamento e questo a fatto sì che potessimo avere un relax totale!
Molto bello e curato anche il piano termale di cui ho usufruito solamente del servizio "vie respiratorie libere" ovvero aerosol e doccia nasale con l'augurio di ritornare il prossimo anno e fruire degli altri innumerevoli pacchetti quali massaggi, fanghi ecc.
Ultima menzione, ma non per importanza, va al ristorante, i piatti serviti sempre con cura e con una scelta varia e gustosa di tutte le pietanze (talvolta la nostra scelta è stata difficile tanto era tutto buono!).
Che dire se non "al prossimo anno"! Continuate a servire i clienti con la cura e l'attenzione che avete mostrato a noi! Grazie per tutto!
Piccola nota negativa l'assenza del mini frigo in camera, molte volte necessario per conservare farmaci o cosmetici che devono mantenere determinate temperature o solamente per mantenere al fresco l'acqua che con il forte caldo dopo poco giĂ era calda!
Invece per gusto personale e varie esperienze sarebbe una chicca in più avere a cena un buffet di frutta che sia cocomero/pesche/melone bianco/ananas/uva ecc così da dare al cliente la possibilità di poter assaggiare diverse varietà , soprattutto in italia ed in questa stagione estiva che ne siamo pieni e visto il caldo ci rinfresca! (Più o meno come a colazione!)

Ho avuto un problema di prenotazione: si sono dimostrati estremamente disponibili e ho risolto tutto in breve tempo. Struttura ben tenuta, ampi spazi, silenziosa, zona piscine molto valida, personale gentile, disponibile e cortese
Mancanza di frigo bar, wi-fi praticamente inesistente
A beautiful, quiet, and peaceful location with cozy rooms and exceptional staff across the board. The outdoor thermal and mineral pools are fantastic — complete with plenty of shade and comfortable sunbeds — and being able to spend a full day relaxing by them after check-out was a huge bonus. The free shuttle to Lacco Ameno running until midnight and having breakfast on the terrace with an amazing view were also wonderful.
While breakfast on the terrace offers stunning views, the food quality and selection fell short and need improvement. Additionally, the bathroom was quite cramped. Despite these minor misses, we will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to everyone.
La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff, il panorama, la pulizia della struttura, piscina con acqua termale, colazione buonissima e varia, posizione rispetto ai vari punti di interesse dell’isola molto buona (si trova nel mezzo tra tutto praticamente )
Per raggiungere la struttura è tutto in salita ripida in una strada stretta e il parcheggio è “mal disposto” quindi tutto stretto inoltre per entrarci c’è una rampa ripida che mi ha fatto grattare sotto il paraurti ( ho una kia rio ).
Non c’è il frigo dentro la camera.
Resort a conduzione familiare con piscine molto carine e ben tenute. Personale gentile. Servizi da 4 stelle. Perfetto per passare un weekend di relax. Una vista dal resort e dalle camere vista mare pazzesca!

La posizione è leggermente spostata dal centro di casamicciola e i taxi la notte non vogliono salire la sopra
Vyerna var fantastiska. Poolerna helt ok. Rent och bra tryck i duschen. Shuttleservisen var det absolut bästa. Likaså bussen precis utanför.
Frukosten var det absolut sämsta. Inga grönsaker. Massa sötsaker och litet urval m brödet. Inget kylskåp eller vattenkokare på rummet. Ingen mat serverades om man inte valde lunchen som serverades prick 13:00 och var väldigt dyrt.
