Le restaurant était pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel de4 étoiles une seule chaise bébé dans tout l’hôtel

Great Food ! One of the best in Tunisia
We had a day without AC we couldn’t sleep and temperature was above 50 but wasn’t hotel responsibility ( government electricity issue )
The staff here are excellent and are always polite
The food selection is great
And the entertainment team especially Omar/tito is fantastic as he is great to talk and is very good at breakdancing
Overall a great hotel and experience.
It’s a nice hotel with a lovely views and a nice beach for relaxation. The staff is lovely and polite and they have really nice cocktails in the bad this is my first time when I see. But the pool it’s so nice and the entertains team make it batter
So they have a lots of activity for having a fun and every single night with a nice show that was helping to enjoy the holidays to much.

We are spending one week here in Africa Jade Thalasso and enjoy our time here a lot! Nice and Kind people, great Atmosphere and animation Team who keep us entertained, very delicious food and a great Pool and beach to enjoy the sun :))
Amazing decor and fantastic local food in the restaurant - no cheap burgers and chips. Fantastic private beach with lots of sunbeds and golden sand. The best animation team that are friendly and professional. They do lots of exciting games and fun shows. Great bar service with variety of drinks. Recommend for family holiday.

Our weekend was okay overall, but unfortunately some unpleasant things happened that affected our experience. We hope the hotel takes guest concerns more seriously and works to improve the atmosphere for everyone.i was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I felt uncomfortable because of the way one of the staff members the guest relation ( kenza )interacted with my boyfriend whenever I was not present. Her behavior felt inappropriate and unprofessional, and it affected our stay. I hope the management pays more attention to staff professionalism and guest comfort.
Rooms
The staff here are really nice and have lots of activities planned throughout the day to keep everyone busy of all ages. The food here is also good because it has a lot of different foods for people who are picky with foods but they do run out very quickly. As for the rooms the electricity is always going off but the ac still works somewhat so the room does stay cool. The pool gets quite crowded in the afternoon but that doesn’t really bother me but it might for others . Overall the hotel is good and has a lot of things to do and the staff are very friendly
Had the best time, the experience was fantastic and the animation team were the best I’ve ever seen! Would 100% recommend this hotel. Shout out Xeno, Tito, chico and Hedi!!!
The hotel is lovely, lots of amenities. Beach rooms and pool area are very clean as well as the lobby etc. lots of food options on the buffet and the entertainment team is amazing - especially Zeno, Tito, Chico and Hedi, they made our stay more enjoyable. Would definitely come back
The hotel is good, food , beach , room , and the animators are really nice and communicate good. Nice activities. Darts .. Volleyball .. Archery .. .. I’ll be back soon 💜

Le décor est magnifique. Le thème africain est remarquablement bien réalisé et offre une véritable sensation de voyage en Afrique, avec une touche à la fois artistique, luxueuse et romantique. C'est un très beau mélange qui donne beaucoup de charme à l'établissement.
Le pianiste a créé une ambiance très agréable et raffinée.
L'hôtel propose de nombreuses activités, notamment pour les enfants, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour les familles.
J'ai particulièrement apprécié le style arabo-andalou du Café Maure, qui apporte une touche d'authenticité et d'élégance.
La piscine est splendide le soir, avec une atmosphère calme et romantique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et joliment décorées, dans un esprit africain qui prolonge parfaitement l'expérience.
La restauration est de bonne qualité et a répondu à nos attentes.
Enfin, le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Il y avait beaucoup trop de monde à la piscine, qui n'était pas suffisamment propre. Certaines personnes se sont installées à notre place sans même demander la permission. De plus, plusieurs ballons m'ont frappé alors que je souhaitais simplement me baigner tranquillement.
À partir de 19 h, une fois l'accès à la piscine terminé pour les visiteurs extérieurs, l'hôtel redevenait particulièrement calme et propre. Je pense que l'accès à la piscine accordé aux personnes non résidentes a entraîné une surcharge qui a fait perdre à l'hôtel une grande partie de son charme et de sa propreté.
Par ailleurs, la climatisation de la chambre est beaucoup trop bruyante.
Presque tout.
Le buffet est décevant par rapport à ce qu'il était mais il reste très correct.
