Rummen är stora och hotellet får tummen upp för att ha rustat upp rummen i jämförelse med året innan då det var en del fel som bl.a. slitna kylskåp, trasig balkongdörr och AC.n som inte fungerade som de skulle. Badrummen hade lite unken lukt men i år var allt det åtgärdat vilket är väldigt uppmärksammat och seriöst av hotellet som tagit till sig av feedbacken. Stranden är fantastisk.

Cons:

Jag hade oturen att få ett av rummen där bidén inte hade hunnit installeras.

L’extrême bienveillance et le professionnalisme du personnel , l’entretien et la propreté irréprochable de tous les espaces malgré l’étendu de l’hôtel , la décoration , la végétation , la mer , la nourriture dans les différents restaurant , le café maure . Tout était parfait 👌

Rooms are clean. Which is very important.
Common areas are very nice, the african theme is nice. Original atmosphere overall

Cons:

Rooms need renovation: small things like clogged shower head, toilet paper holder was rusty, toilet flush was barely working and sometimes it didn't stop flowing. Shower was either very hot or cold (no in-between).
Food is mid.
Many employees are rude (especially at the pool) which is unfitting for a 4 star hotel. But they seem to behave better with non-Tunisians.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et l'ambiance est agréable.
Le seul point à améliorer, selon moi, est la restauration. La nourriture était correcte, mais elle manquait de variété et de saveur, ce qui était un peu décevant par rapport aux années précédentes, car c'était l'un des points forts de l'hôtel.
Malgré cela, je recommande cet hôtel pour son excellent service et son cadre agréable.

Pros:

The room is always clean and we enjoyed our time here with the animation team all the people is polite 😀 super good hotel in a great place. We had to much fun thanks for everyone the night show is great and the activities at the mornings I will keep doing that every single day when I back home.

The food is very lovely with a lot of kind
And clean without any problem.
And now we have to speak about that super bar. So fast service. Just ask for drinks and you will find it on your table. Hahaha haha it's like the magic 🎩 my best part. Thanks again and next yeah 100% we will be here again.

The best time ever ❤️
Pros:

Every things is perfect, I came here with my wife and my son, we enjoyed hour time the food is so nice and so clean the room have nice service and clean too with nice view. The animation team was so powerful and pro with the kids. I advice to try it. We feel like a family with the entertainer they make for us a lovely time really I have to come back here soon. The too was have nice drinks in the good service with polity staff thanks for everyone ❤️❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience at Africa Jade Hotel, Tunisia!
My stay at Hotel Africa Jade was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a unique and beautiful architecture inspired by Asian design, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The animation team was fantastic—always energetic, friendly, and professional. They organized fun activities throughout the day and entertaining shows in the evening, making every moment enjoyable for both adults and children.
The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit all tastes. Every meal was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were attentive and welcoming.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the beach was stunning, and the entire hotel was very well maintained. The staff in all departments were kind, helpful, and always smiling.
I highly recommend Africa Jade Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with great entertainment, excellent food, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding service. I can't wait to come back!

A relaxing vacation
Pros:

The theme was prominent throughout the hotel with the decorations, the wall paintings, the ornaments, the furniture in the lobby and specifically the African forest gardens.. Amazing!
The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the entertainment team were doing their best with many activities.
The food is a nice variety, everyone finds something to taste.
The Spa was great for relaxing and the staff are quite polite and smiley.
The beach is only few steps from the rooms and very private
The pool is quite fun, big and surrounded by cute huts bars 🛖

Cons:

The elevators kept breaking, we didn't mind taking the steps but it seemed unfortunate for the older guests or the families with children.
The Spa was missing towels and it was inconvenient for the shower.
They could have added another TV in the lounge for W Cup, guests kept struggling to find seats close enough to be able to watch.

Ce qui était positif à l’hôtel, c’était sa proximité de la mer, la piscine et le style architectural de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Séjour très décevant et inadapté aux familles avec bébé. Malgré une demande de lit bébé effectuée lors de la réservation et confirmée par l'hôtel, aucun lit n'était disponible à notre arrivée. Après plusieurs relances pendant des heures, on nous a finalement proposé un vieux lit en bois dans un état préoccupant, à 21h30, alors que notre bébé aurait déjà dû être couché.

L'hôtel nous a attribué une chambre très éloignée et au dernier étage alors que l'établissement n'était manifestement pas complet. Les ascenseurs sont petits, souvent en panne ou saturés, ce qui rend les déplacements compliqués avec un bébé et une poussette.

La restauration a été le plus gros point noir. Le petit-déjeuner était extrêmement pauvre : manque de viennoiseries, de boissons, de réapprovisionnement et de variété. Une grande partie du buffet restait vide. Le dîner donnait l'impression d'être composé de plats recyclés avec très peu de choix réel. Après avoir mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel, notre bébé a été malade, ce qui nous a obligés à interrompre notre repas.

Autre point incompréhensible pour un hôtel familial de cette taille : une seule chaise bébé pour l'ensemble de l'établissement. Nous avons souvent dû manger séparément faute d'équipement disponible.

Quelques traces d'humidité et un manque d'entretien général sont également à noter. Le concept de l'hôtel et la piscine sont agréables, mais cela ne compense pas les nombreux problèmes rencontrés. Pour nous, il ne s'agissait pas seulement d'un mauvais séjour mais d'une expérience stressante et parfois préoccupante pour la sécurité et le bien-être de notre bébé.
