Pros:

Close to every where we wanted to visit. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was elegant and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with many options and the dining room was comfortable and classy.

Il materasso e i cuscini dire morbidi è riduttivo, purtroppo per cervicali e schiena sono stati causa di dolorini..
Il parcheggio dell'auto a noleggio!! Non c'era mai posto nel garage del hotel, così bisogna girare per tutta Chania almeno,se ti va bene,30 min.! dopo una giornata di mare.. non è il massimo! Questo è stato un elemento importante

Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist Phantastisch. Alles Mega Sauber und Modern,sehr freundliches Personal. Betten, Badezimmer Top. Kann ich empfehlen, Besser geht es nicht.

Ehrlich gesagt, nichts hätte besser sein können. Es ist einfach Genial. Unser Topfavorit sollten wir nocheinmal nach Chania kommen

Good stay in a good walking location for restaurants, shops and bay.
Pros:

It was close in. The lobby was nice and good breakfast options.

A very comfortable stay with exceptional staff!
Pros:

The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and welcoming. It’s in a central location near to the delightful Chania port and surrounding area.

However the staff have been exceptional. I booked here because I needed to have somewhere to stay after my husband suddenly became ill on our holiday in Crete and was admitted to Chania hospital. Maria, Katerina and Mary have been wonderful - they have gone above and beyond to make a really stressful situation a lot easier. We can’t thank them enough.
