Pros:

Breakfast was really good and I got a nice room. I found one minor thing a little irritating: staff told me they would only make up the room if I explicitly request it by hanging a sign on my door knob. I never requested it. However one evening when arriving at my room, I noticed that the curtains were opened during the day. For some reason someone felt obliged to enter my room and open the curtains without doing anything else. My bed wasnt touched, the garbage wasnt emptied, nothing was refilled. Rationally, this is no big deal but it felt very strange and Id rather have someone either clean the room or dont enter it at all.

Pros:

Los restaurantes de al lado y cercanos, la responsable de los desayunos, lo mejor del hotel.

Cons:

Ninguna persona hablaba castellano salvo la chica del desayuno, no hablaban castellano ni se hacían entender. El wifi no funcionaba y se desconectaba. De Cortes el personal, nada de nada. Si bien está cerca del metro hay que decir que está lejos de los diferentes sitios a visitar, a nivel gastronómico bien.

Ontbijt was prima, heerlijk, veel keuze en goed verzorgd.
Personeel aan de receptie is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mijn wastafel werd na een vraag diezelfde avond gerepareerd.
