The water from the shower didn’t have pressure and the shower head is fixed

Underground parking, even if it was a rental car.
Helpfulness of Heinrich and Liying( mix up in booking ground floor unit). Couldn't have been more helpful in trying to resolve the issue.

The bed was very comfortable and the apartment extremely clean had nice towels tissues and basic necessities, location very good since 10 mins from Cairns centre mall, owner very helpfull and nice! my stay was very good. 10/10

there was mould everywhere, saw a couple of cockroaches, only given 1 roll of tp and had to pay for more, looked and felt unclean, food in the microwave and used towel left

It was big enough to easily accommodate four adults in comfort. We had everything we need and everything worked. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was great. Location is good for the shops and transport. What more do you need.
