Clean, comfortable room in good location
Pros:

Spacious room with a small kitchenette (that has everything one needs) and a small fridge. The room and bathroom was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast is good value for money with a lot of options to choose from and some regional and homemade products as well.

Cons:

The WiFi wasn't working at all during the entire stay (6 nights) - we informed the staff (no physical reception, only reachable via WhatsApp) but nothing has been done and since nobody was around, nobody checked in whether the WiFi was finally working or not.
The rooms are clean and spacious but they look a bit dated and could use a refresh (stains on the carpet, carpet disintegrating).

I will not stay at this hotel for the second time and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

the room and hotel are in good condition

Cons:

It's impossible to get inside the hotel before or after 2 p.m.; the door codes don't work properly. Anyone who arrived after 2 p.m. also couldn't get inside. There's no one at the reception. The walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbors. The hotel owner is not hospitable

Buono.
Pros:

La posizione perfetta per la visitare il quartiere ebraico.

Cons:

Non si è mai visto nessuno dello staff
Non ho ricevuto il pin per entrare al check in e visto che siamo arrivati alle 1 di notte, abbiamo dovuto chiamare per assistenza.
Gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati, se non con un supplemento.

Pros:

Velice útulný hotel blízko k centru a Židovské čtvrti.

Cons:

Hotel inzeruje parkování, což byl i důvod naší volby, však parkování není v ceně a není ani poskytováno hotelem, bylo nutné platit za parkování což je u hotelu zóna A - tedy ta nejdražší.
