Fantastic hotel with one exception
Pros:

Fantastic hotel; it was spotless, great value for money, professional friendly staff (especially David who worked in the bar great ambassador and assets to the Hotel, location was perfect … overall would highly recommend this hotel!! There was one minor small issue (see what I didn’t like about the property)

Cons:

The Bar manager was rude, unhelpful, in his presence there was always an atmosphere! I am on holiday I don’t want to be in a hostile environment and that is exactly what it was like every time that man was on shift! Caused an atmosphere! Horrible rude human being! He needs retrained as a manager and also on how to create a first class customer service experience!

Great place. Could not have picked a better hotel for the area, would highly recommend.
Pros:

The hotel has everything you could need and all the facilities are great from the gym to the restaurant to the pool. My favorite place was the poolside bar the staff were great and made sure the stay was memorable. The staff at the hotel in general were very helpful and kind.

La animadora Mariajo estupenda una chica que vale mucho y los camareros tambien.y las de la limpieza siempre teniendo los lavabos limpios ya que hay mucha marrana en el servicio de mujeres

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal y la limpieza

Creo que para ser un 4 estrellas la habitacion era (cómoda) pero pequeña no podía pasar con la sillita de la niña y solo había una piscina para mucha gente . Ademas el día que teníamos que salir fuimos a desayunar y ya la puerta no se abría con la pulsera despues de esperar e ir varias veces a recepción nos abrió un trabajador. Para poder sacar nuestras pertenencias.

La ubicación esta muy bien tienes el autobús cerca a tan solo dos calles de distancia al hotel, la comida en general está bastante bien y el hotel tb en general todo bastante bien el personal es amable( siempre hay algunos más serios pero sin ningún problema, no todos somos iguales )

Cons:

Lo único que le puedo poner algo de pega es que me he alojado 10 días y le faltaba un poco más de limpieza pero en barrer y alguna cosa más (siempre que llegaba por las tardes había algunas pelusas y eso por el suelo y se veía q era de no barrer bien y eso) pero por lo general bien.
