For holidays, cable car and water park tickets are included for registered Gopass members. It cannot be used on the arrival (check-in) day and the number of tickets corresponds to the number of nights spent at the accommodations establishment. Every ticket is nontransferable. Skipasses are included only during winter ski season.

Beautiful setting and amazing staff
Property is not providing any transportation from Tatranská Lomnica. This is a problem particularly for the older visitors and young families coming without the car. Taxis were not available over the weekend despite calling 6 different numbers. I feel that the hotel with this reputation and price tag should be able to provide the transport when visitors needed for a fee or for free.
Budova zostala pekná a zrekonštruovaná, atmosfera hotelu ako aj úroveň zišla dolu. Chodil som sem s láskou a nadšením, ale teraz sa sem nevrátim. Je to hotel pre bohatých sedliakov, ktori si pre mna z neznámej príčiny vyberú hotel pre buržoáziu... potom ho hyzdia šortkami, sľapkami a tielkami na večeri etc.
Personál bol slušný, nie však úslužný, až na jednu svetlu výnimku v reštaurácii. Izby by tiez potrebovali up grade....
Pomer ceny a celkovej kvality absolútne nevyvážený.
The building itself was very nice, and some parts of the interior also looked great. The food was very good, as was the wellness area.
The property needs new facilities, it is very old and many things are broken. Also, you can’t have a hotel without air conditioning in the rooms anymore, not even in the High Tatras. The food was excellent; however, I would appreciate it if the vegetables were not deep-frozen but fresh, especially during the summer months. The wellness area was fine, but there should have been no kids after 9 pm as stated on the doors. Unfortunately, there were nine unsupervised children jumping into the pool at 10pm. We had to warn the receptionist, and they did absolutely nothing about it.
V tomto hotelu jsme byli ubytováni již po druhé. Hotel je umístěn na dobrém místě. Mají velmi bohaté snídaně a každý si vybere na co má chuť. Wellness poskytováný hotelovým hostům je super. Určitě se ještě vrátíme.
Jenom drobná výtka k malým dětem, které se neměly po určeném čase nacházet v bazénu.
