La ubicación
Muy pequeñas las habitaciones
El desayuno muy rico
La relación costo beneficio, en la primera noche fue imposible el parqueo, noche en parqueadero externo 25.000, al final sale más barato hospedarse en otro hotel, que si garantiza parqueadero, desayuno incluido y habitación con aire acondicionado.
Muy limpio, buen desayuno.
Es importante contar con instalación electrica cerca a la cama, las que tienen están tapadas por el cabecero de la cama.
- Tal vez las almohadas fueron lo más cómodo.
- Cuenta con buen aire acondicionado, sin esto hubiera sido muy mala experiencia.
- Está bien que ofrece parqueadero techado (sin costo).
- El desayuno es sencillo, pero no estuvo mal.
La atención es bastante básica, pero realmente lo que menos me gustó fueron las prestaciones de la habitación, mucho más pequeña de lo que se percibía en fotos.
- La ventana de la Junior Suite da hacia un corredor interior, por esto mismo es bastante oscura y literalmente si abría la ventana, tenía en frente un módulo (carrito) del aseo.
- No hay un espacio cómodo para poner la ropa, la nevera ocupa el espacio diseñado para colgarla.
- La percepción de seguridad dentro del cuarto es mínima. No tiene caja fuerte, esperaba al menos una mesa de noche de cajón con llave.

The breakfast was fine, and price was cheap. My room was a “Suite” with a/c and a jacuzzi style bathtub, but the lighting in the room was 50% broken or faulty. Staff were friendly but seemed nonchalant in their awareness.
To sum things up, this hotel sucks. You get what you pay for. I thought it would be conveniently close to the regional airport but because of 1 way and divided streets, and traffic, it took 30 mins to get there in taxi. I could have walked faster. The beds suck, they are uncomfortable and the kind you would find in a pay-by-the-hour Motel. Elevator is junk and I was scared to even use it. I wish it was an overall better hotel because $29CDN/night is hard to beat; unfortunately, it isn’t.

Quedamos hospedados en el segundo piso, tuvimos mucho ruido, tanto el personal de cafetería como los mismos huéspedes
Para comenzar la ubicación bastante buena fácil de llegar, estacionamiento perfecto al lado de la recepción. Recepcionista amable.
Habitación normal nada que ver con las fotos que posiblemente fueron retocadas o muy bien hechas para generar buena impresión. Baño: Ducha no muy limpia, se informó a recepción para que la limpiarán.
Ropa de cama: Preferimos usar nuestras almohadas y cobijas. Desayuno: Básico buen sabor aunque la atención en el restaurante podría mejorar bastante. Ruido: Habitación con ventana hacia la avenida mucho ruido en la noche, además de un sonido agudo cada minuto no se si era una alarma o una cerradura. Agua Caliente: Se demora 3 minutos en llegar y dirá un minuto caliente.
No quiero decir que el hotel es malo solo doy como referencias algunos puntos que deberían mejorar para bien. Valioso el Lobby con café caliente. Muchas gracias.
The helpfulness of the staff
There was no proper ventilation, so molds were in the bathroom ceiling. Breakfast options were the same every day. They can add fruits to the menu. The water in the shower was a bit inconsistent, I would have the hot water on, but in the middle of rising here comes cold water, and I wait a little for it to be warm again.
