Muy buen hotel en Fortaleza
Pros:

La habitación con vistas al mar tiene vistas espectaculares, el desayuno esta bueno y es bastante completo. La zona de la piscina es muy agradable y el bar del rooftop es genial. El personal es super amable y muy atento. Es un muy buen hotel para alojarse y la ubicación es inmejorable.

Cons:

El gimnasio es un poco limitado.

Cons:

Inicialmente, tivemos uma péssima experiência na chegada do hotel, quando fomos cobrados novamente por um estadia já paga. Recepção do hotel deixa muito a desejar no quesito atendimento e receptividade, não são acolhedores, não se dispõe a ajudar, fazem o básico do atendimento e é isto. Posteriormente, tivemos problemas nas acomodações. O hotel não realiza a manutenção/limpeza do ar-condicionado, o que acaba impactando no seu devido funcionamento. Na nossa primeira acomodação tivemos que solicitar manutenção. Precisamos estender a estadia e, ao trocar para o novo quarto, o ar-condicionado também não funcionava devidamente. Depois de relatar todas as experiências negativas com os equipamentos, nos trocaram de quarto para um superior e, só assim que tivemos uma boa experiência. No último dia, no último quarto. Gostamos de investir em um bom hotel para ter uma estadia excelente, com uma boa localização, em um hotel bem recomendado, o problema de forma nenhuma é o valor, mas sim o cuidado em garantir a volta do cliente!

Pros:

A localização é ótima
O restaurante que tem no hotel é MUITO bom
As duas tapioqueiras são ágeis, simpáticas e a comida e muito boa
Acho que o café da manha poderia ter um pouco mais de opção, como por exemplo, folheados, mas as opções que tem são deliciosas.
