Quando siamo arrivati era in essere un cantiere al posto della entrata che era chiusa. Per accedere in camera si doveva uscire in giardino e accendere all'ascensore nel piano interrato perché le scale erano inagibili e chiuse. In caso di incendio o terremoto si poteva scendere al piano terra solo con l'ascensore. Non siamo stati avvisati di tale disagio e abbiamo pagato la tariffa intera anche se l'hotel era inagibile. Per accedere alla colazione bisognava scendere all'estero e risalire per delle scale esterne. Posizione dell'hotel estremamente isolata. Personale difficile da rintracciare proprio a causa delle difficoltà a muoversi x le scale chiuse. Inoltre il personale poco disponibile.

Pros:

Struttura immersa nel verde lungo la valle del fiume menotre, bellissimo giardino attrezzato, piscina adeguata anche se le temperature esterne non ne hanno consentito l' utilizzo. Ristorante ottimo. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Qualche problema iniziale con la caldaia ha causato qualche piccolo disagio risolto nel giro di poche ore da un efficiente manutentore.

Un buon soggiorno
Pros:

La grandezza della stanza, i servizi offerti dalla struttura, la colazione abbondante

Cons:

La stanza era molto umida, nonostante fosse ristrutturata, anche di recente sembrerebbe, ma era molto umida, tanto da sembrare fredda a fine Aprile. Lo scarico del water era lento e scarica con poca potenza, andrebbe fatta una revisione idraulica.
