Ótima localização, pertinho do shopping estação. Tudo bem limpinho e bonito. Quarto espaçoso e bem dividido, roupas de cama limpinhas, boas toalhas. Não tive contratempos, ótima estadia. Ficaria novamente. Igual as fotos.

Cons:

Nada, mas ficam aqui algumas Sugestões de melhorias: fazer um degrau melhor para a saída com o carro, tinha de passar devagar; a entrada é lateral, é diferente, parece um lugar vazio, mas depois entendi. O banheiro está começando a ficar com uns cantinhos pretos, compensa uma caprichada maior na limpeza. Nada que desabone o local, adorei.

Localização, garagem e café da manhã.

Cons:

O colchão da cama é bastante desconfortável por ser muito duro. Além disso, os elevadores são insuficientes para o fluxo de hóspedes do hotel. No horário do café da manhã, a situação ficou bem caótica: havia muitas pessoas tentando descer para tomar café, outras retornando para o quarto e outras tentando fazer o checkout descendo com malas simultaneamente. A espera pelos elevadores foi demorada e cansativa.

A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, poucos produtos e pão velho, amanhecido. Não acredito que não tenha um responsável que veja isto, provamos o pão francês e de sanduiche os dois duros

Cons:

O Hotel oferece serviço de governança (consultar valores), de forma que os quartos não dispõe de ferro de passar, acho que poderia ter na recepção para caso o cliente quisesse passar a própria roupa. Nos dias da minha hospedagem a internet Wi-Fi não estava boa, tive que usar minha internet movél.
