Fint hotell med god beliggenhet og hyggelig personale
Pros:

Personalet var hjelpsomme og vennlige. Spesielt Philippo i resepsjonen ga oss mange gode tips om spisesteder og utflukter. Vi var 10 netter på hotellet og Philippo var som en personlig guide som fulgte oss opp under hele oppholdet. Frokostpersonalet var også veldig hyggelige og serviceinnstilt.

Cons:

Vi fikk ikke rommet bestilt første natten, men det løste seg likevel på en god måte.

Italien när det är som bäst!
Pros:

Ett hemtrevligt boende som ligger precis vid havet med fin strand. Enkelt att gå från hotellets poolområde med solsängar. Läget på boendet är vackert och lätt att ta sig in med en kort promenad till den mysiga staden.

Pros:

Personale molto gentile, disponibile e cordiale, posizione dell’albergo tattica per girare l’isola, a 15 minuti a piedi partono le linee del bus ( porto) trasporti efficienti. La vista mare è bellissima.
Il mare vicino all’hotel non è però il più bello dell’isola.

Cons:

Unica pecca la colazione: sinceramente per un 4 stelle mi aspettavo molto di più, poco variata, poca frutta e non sempre invitante, bevande calde da macchinetta automatica.

A perfect place to relax and enjoy a beach holiday
Pros:

Spent a wonderful relaxing week at Hotel Ambasciatori. Perfectly situated on the beach and within easy walking distance to everything within the village. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful….a special shoutout to Philipo who went out of his way to assist. Highly recommend

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, and our room was always clean and comfortable. What truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible staff—especially Filippo.His recommendations for places to visit and eat were fantastic, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing trip. His kindness and willingness to accommodate us made our vacation even more memorable. We will be back again!

Veldig flott hotell som ligger sentralt. Personalet var serviceinnstilt og jeg vil spesielt trekke frem Filippo som var utrolig hjelpsom og fikset og ordnet alt vi trengte for å få en bra tur.

Good location and excellent service
Pros:

The hotel's interior is starting to feel a bit dated, and the breakfast is fairly simple. However, the location is excellent, everything is clean and well maintained, and the service is impeccable. The reception staff—Filippo, Primario, and Rosella—went above and beyond our expectations in every way, and their outstanding hospitality made our stay truly memorable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Ambasciatori to anyone considering staying there.

Location was great,staff was great, Philippe was excellent, if not for him I would have changed hotels

Very outdated,rooms need to be a bit more cleaner, island has issues with mosquitoes, no air conditioning in lobby maybe with air conditioning and closed doors and windows the mosquitos would not come in.

Awesome hotel, best location to one of the best beaches in Ischia.
Pros:

Awesome being right next to the beach and having a great swimming pool as well. Rooms and property was kept immaculately clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful and offered a good breakfast.

Disappointment in Inschia Port

The hotel's rating on Booking.com is way off. This is NOT a 4-star hotel, maybe a 2-star. The hotel is outdated and needs a major facelift. The pool tiles are falling off, and the seating at the pool is tight; it feels very crowded. The pool staff is rude. The hotel is beachfront, but the seats at the beach are not part of the hotel, so you have to pay separately for them. We had booked an 8-night stay and left after 3-nights and found another hotel. Left over $1,000.00 on the table but we just couldn't stay there any longer.

Cała obsługa hotelu była bardzo przyjazna, a podczas śniadań szef restauracji dbał, aby niczego nam nie brakowało.
