Strategic Stay with Character and Great Hospitality
Pros:

The hotel is in a very strategic location, close to the Old Town and with easy access to the train and tram. It made getting around the city very convenient. The room was also well decorated, nicely furnished, and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Since our bus was leaving late at night, they kindly allowed us to have a late check-out with only a small additional charge, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

The lift is quite unique and antique. I would not say it was a bad thing, as it actually added character to the hotel and became part of the experience. However, some guests may find it a little unusual at first.

Cons:

Obiectele sunt destul de invechite si curatenia lasa de dorit. Din pacate, camera are un miros neplacut, de mucegai si respiri foarte greu in ea. Raport calitate-pret dezamagitor! Baia, patul, televizorul invechite si ar trebui schimbate.

Precisei de um ferro de passar e em minutos me emprestaram o ferro. O quarto era limpo direitinho todos os dias. Realmente, agradeço muito o pessoal do hotel que tornou a estadia agradável. O hotel fica muito bem localizado!

🇬🇧: I stayed at this hotel for four nights and really enjoyed it! The reception staff is extremely kind and always ready to help at any moment — from check-in to check-out. I needed an iron, and within minutes they lent me one. The room was cleaned properly every single day. I’m truly grateful to the hotel staff for making my stay so pleasant. The hotel is also very well located!

Il personale alla reception è estremamente gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutare in qualsiasi momento — dal check-in al check-out. Avevo bisogno di un ferro da stiro e in pochi minuti me lo hanno prestato. La camera veniva pulita per bene ogni giorno. Sono davvero grato al personale dell’hotel per aver reso il soggiorno così piacevole. L’hotel è anche molto ben posizionato!

Short Break
Pros:

Booked a superior double with balcony but it looked over busy main road and lots of pigeons and mess.
However room was very clean and everything we needed but there was only one mug/cup to make a drink.
Location was good about 8/10 mins walk to the old town.
Staff were excellent and very accommodating.
Would recommend 👍
