The hotel is on main road. The room was super large with comfortable chairs to sit on.
The reception is on first floor - you enter the antique elevator (works fine) on ground floor to first floor. My room had 'balcony' - (good only to smoke.) Hotel is walk-able to old town.
Traffic noise may be problem to some guests.
location was somewhat close to the old town and the museum, about 10 min walk, staff were nice too, they brought us fresh towels and cleaned our room every day
room and especially the bathroom was a little disgusting, cockroaches and there was a stench coming from the bathroom, it smelled like sewage. the bath it self was a little broken as well, it felt disgusting to sit in so we just took showers.
the elevator was a little scary to take as well, we only took it when we first came and when we left, it's a 3 floors hotel so it's no that bad.

Locul de depozitare pentru haine nu este suficient de bine gândit. Am avut rochii mai lungi, pe care nu le-am putut așeza corespunzător în dulap și a trebuit să le atârn pe ușa acestuia. În plus, o parte din spațiul dulapului era ocupată de frigider, tava cu fierbătorul pentru apă și paharele.
Cât despre frigider, utilitatea lui mi-a rămas neclară: răcea atât de puțin, încât cu ușa deschisă ar fi fost aproape mai folositor ca veioză. 🙂 Din păcate, am întâlnit aceeași situație și în alte hoteluri. Dacă un astfel de aparat este oferit ca dotare, ar fi de dorit să fie și funcțional, nu doar prezent în cameră.
Aerul condiționat era orientat direct spre pat, ceea ce îl făcea dificil de utilizat pe timpul nopții. Din această cauză, deși afară erau aproximativ 40°C, am fost nevoită să țin geamul deschis, iar în cameră s-a făcut foarte cald. Ar fi utilă repoziționarea aparatului sau posibilitatea reglării mai eficiente a direcției fluxului de aer.
De asemenea, frigiderul din cameră a fost practic nefuncțional. Răcea atât de puțin încât utilitatea lui a fost mai degrabă formală. Dacă este oferit ca dotare a camerei, ar fi de dorit să fie și eficient, nu doar prezent.
location is in the heart of the city, close walking or bus or subway to any where you want to get to.
The location was great. Big room, really clean. And the best part was the staff. Really helpful and nice people. If you come to Bucharest this is the place to stay at.

Hôtel très bien situé. Une belle grande chambre aux volumes très agréables. Personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute.
Le bruit !! Même avec des bouchons d’oreille, difficile de dormir à cause de l’avenue passante sur laquelle donne les chambres.

The staff were very kind, the room looked good and everything was functional
The first room I was allocated had literally spider web with one of those small spider with thin legs, dead cockroaches feel from the sink and showed up on the bathtub when water was turned on. I complained and staff moved to another room right away, where I didn't have the same problem, but to be honest it was really bad finding cockroaches on the room
