Rummet var mycket bra, lagom stort. AC:n fungerade bra. Lugnt. Personalen mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Wir werden sicher wieder mal dieses Hotel buchen.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend, hatte alles zum Frühstück was man brauchte.
Lage war super, man war schnell am See und schnell im Zentrum.
War sehr schön.

War alles gut und Personal sehr freundlich.

Pros:

El desayuno es muy bueno.
La ubicación, cerca de la estación de tren.
El personal de recepción es muy amable.
Llegamos antes de la hora y pudimos dejar la mochila sin coste.

מיקום מצוין בעיר קומו, קרוב לרכבת, קרוב לתחנות האוטובוס והסופרמרקט 24/7
החדר גדול, כמו כן חדר הרחצה. ממש נוח, גם ההגעה, הצ'ק אין, ארוחת בוקר טובה ושירות מצוין

Cons:

המיטות ממש לא נוחות, הרגשתי את הקפיצים של המזרן. זה ממש הפיך, רק רצון של בעלי המקום.

We had a very nice time at Hotel Engadina!
Pros:

Very clean and functional room, friendly and helpful staff. The location was also great, 3 min from the lake. No buffet breakfast but very nice and fresh croissants every morning. We had a very pleasant stay, recomended!

Pros:

Чистота, качественная уборка каждый день. Вкусный завтрак (с 7 до 10). Приветливый персонал на ресепшене. Хорошая звукоизоляция, прекрасный вид из окна (на горы), на балконе столик и стул, можно посидеть отдохнуть. Есть лифт! Рядом вкусная пицца и хороший круглосуточный магазин. До станции СанДжовани всего 10 минут пешком.
Стабильный wi-fi.

Cons:

Не очень удобная кровать, в которой ощущаются пружины. Если со спиной проблемы, то лучше выбрать другой номер.
Не хватало вентиляции в ванной. Немного устаревшая техника (фен). В остальном норм. Качество - цена, отличное сочетание

Convenient location, budget hotel.
Pros:

The location is not far from the ferry departure terminal and also handy for the railway/bus station. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, presented to you rather than a buffet style. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No iron and ironing board was available for guests' use, apart from one that housekeeping use for the sheets down in the hotel's laundry room. However, the staff were quite happy for me to iron my shirt in the laundry room. I've found this is a common issue in Italian hotels.
