Bien au niveau des équipements mais pas très accueillant.
Pros:

L’emplacement et la propreté des lieux.

Cons:

L’accueil du personnel et la communication était très compliquée. Le personnel n’est pas absolument pas aidant ce qui est assez désagréable.

Great food but strict onsen
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and I love that they offer free noodles in the evening and a snack at the onsen. I also like that the they had washing machines that could be used for free. The size of the room was decent and it's conveniently located about 5-8 minutes walking distance to Wakayama Station and many bus stops nearby.

Cons:

I wasn't allowed to go to the onsen even with a small tattoo that could easily be covered.

Pros:

Alloggio in ottima posizione rispetto a quanto mi interessava (stazione, Castello di Wakayama).
Comodissimo il parcheggio (a pagamento, ma prezzo molto basso).
Ottima la colazione, molta varietà
Personale gentile.
Camera un po' piccola e non nuovissima, meriterebbe una sistemazione.

一番の推しはお風呂ですね。

家族4人で泊まって、ダブルルームの意味が分かりにくく、2部屋と意味を後で知りました。
分かりにくい表記でした。

Pros:

The small onsen was good. Do it earlier before 6pm. Less people, I even can enjoy one of the onsen by myself. The 9:30pm ramen was excellent. All facilities are free. I'm very happy about my stay
