アクセス良し、お風呂良し、サービス良し、満足度高い宿
Pros:

【お風呂】
仕事でビジネスホテルに泊まることが多く、いつも大浴場付きのホテルを予約しますが、大抵は取ってつけの大浴場が多い中、お風呂は温泉宿の風情があってとても楽しめました。
夜中遅くまでお風呂に入れるのもとてもありがたかった。
サウナと水風呂もあるのも良かった。
またお風呂を出たところに無料のアイスがあったのも嬉しかった。

【部屋】
広かった。仕事の荷物が多いのでスペースが広くて助かった。
トイレとシャワーも別々で使いやすかった。

【夜鳴きそばのサービス】
夜遅くに到着して疲れていたので、夕飯を食べに行く気力がなかったのですが、夜鳴きそばのサービスがあってとてもありがたかった。

【サービス】
フロントの方がとても親切な対応をしてくださいました。
チェックアウト後も荷物を預けて観光に行きました。

Geweldig hotel met goed ontbijt en heerlijke onsen
Pros:

Wij zijn echt fan van dit hotel en zouden dit een volgende keer in Wakayama weer boeken. Mooi modern hotel op loopafstand van station. Goed ontbijt met ruim westers en Japans aanbod van eten en ook wat lokale specialiteiten. De onsen is een geweldige bonus met gratis ijsjes toe. De kamer heeft ook een leuke indeling met een extra schuifdeur tegen geluid van de gang. Je krijgt flesje water en cakeje als welkom en je kunt koffie en thee zetten op je kamer. Echt perfect!

ホテルに立体駐車場もありましたが、駅前の地下駐車場からもすぐのところでした。
ウェルカムスイーツや、お風呂上がりのミニアイス、夜泣き蕎麦の提供と、ちょっとした嬉しい気配りがありました。

駅前の立地で、窓からの景色は望めません。

onsen was nice .
massage chairs were great .
We enjoyed the post onsen treats : yoghurt drinks in the morning , & Hershey ice creams in the afternoon .
The hotel wear actually fitted us !!

夜鳴きそば今回は食べなかったけど素敵なサービスです。

Cons:

お部屋の匂いが少し気になりました。何の匂いかな？何だか少し古い匂い‥消臭スプレーがあったけど、ずっと気になりました。
