Important information:

For all Honeymoon Clients ONLY : Please note, to benefit the ‘Honeymoon Gifts’. The travel dates must be 12 months to guests’ wedding date. A copy of the wedding certificate must be produced compulsory at time of check in at hotel. Honeymoon Gifts will be offered : Lunches (2 courses) offered daily If booked on ‘Half board’ only. One free couples experience – select from a catalogue of experiences on arrival at your hotel. (booking must be a minimum stay of four nights).

Hotel restaurants dress code :
Daytime: casual (swimwear or tank tops are not allowed).
Evening: casual smart (no shorts, Bermuda shorts, beachwear or sportswear allowed. Closed shoes for men in all restaurant. La Ravanne restaurant : (Bermuda shorts allowed with closed shoes for men - Applicable for children as from 12 years old.

Kindly note that, commencing 01 October 2025, the Government of Mauritius will introduce a tourist fee of €3 per person per night for hotel stays. Children under 12 will be exempt. The fee will be collected by the establishment.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

Enjoyed our stay, however disappointed the hotel wouldn’t do more to accommodate the fact we lost two all inclusive pack

We booked for 10 nights all inclusive through booking.com. Flights from the UK were severely disrupted on our due departure date 8 September and delayed by 2 days, due to Emirates business class availability, therefore we lost two nights all inclusive package which the hotel or booking,com will reimburse us for

Pros:

Inkább egy golf hotel, mintsem resort, de a festői környezet, a kristálytiszta lagúnák kárpótolnak. Valamint az ételek változatosak és finomak, főleg a külön álló éttermeik.

Cons:

Kicsit az érződött a resorton, hogy a természet adta szépségekből élnek, a személyzet sokszor értetlen, nem kedves, kevésbé ember központú.

Sok helyen, szobák, étterem esetében egy részletekbe menő átgondolásra lenne szükség.

The name ‘paradis’ fits perfectly this resort, absolutely wonderful and unique place!
Pros:

Absolutely everything is wonderful, from top to bottom. Great value for money for a 5 star hotel, and the staff was so lovely, you really see that there is the Mauritian hospitality, heart and soul thoughout the whole resort.

Cons:

That I needed trousers for dinner, as I didn’t even bring any for the vacation had to buy some😅. However it did convey a nice charm to the whole dinning experience.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful setting, with excellent facilities and wonderful staff.
Pros:

The hotel’s amazing location and beautiful facilities really stood out. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. La Ravanne was a particular highlight, with excellent local food and outstanding service.

Cons:

The buffet is very good, but at €57 per person, I found it quite expensive for a buffet.

Average stay at a very heavy price..getting somewhere to eat food was a big disadvantage

1. location - very far from city, no conveyance available
2. services not available at all the time
3. food was too expensive and not of good quality and quantity. it way way costlier than other 5 star hotels like Hilton

Tesisin bulunduğu yer okyanusun en sakin olduğu ve yüzmeye en uygun alan. Odadan çıkar çıkmaz adımını sahile ve okyanusun harika maviliklerine atıyor olmak büyük bir avantaj. Otelin çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Diğer hiçbir otelde görmediğim kadar saygılı davrandılar. Otelde özellikle akşam yemekleri için harika menüleri olan lüks konseptli restoranlar bulunuyor. Her açıdan mükemmeldi ve dinlenmek için harikaydı.

Todo. Calidad-precio del hotel. Muchas actividades para hacer. Trato del personal excelente, mención especial para Vashil y Kevin que fueron súper amables y nos transportaron en buggy cada vez que lo necesitábamos!!
