For all Honeymoon Clients ONLY : Please note, to benefit the ‘Honeymoon Gifts’. The travel dates must be 12 months to guests’ wedding date. A copy of the wedding certificate must be produced compulsory at time of check in at hotel. Honeymoon Gifts will be offered : Lunches (2 courses) offered daily If booked on ‘Half board’ only. One free couples experience – select from a catalogue of experiences on arrival at your hotel. (booking must be a minimum stay of four nights).

Hotel restaurants dress code :
Daytime: casual (swimwear or tank tops are not allowed).
Evening: casual smart (no shorts, Bermuda shorts, beachwear or sportswear allowed. Closed shoes for men in all restaurant. La Ravanne restaurant : (Bermuda shorts allowed with closed shoes for men - Applicable for children as from 12 years old.

Kindly note that, commencing 01 October 2025, the Government of Mauritius will introduce a tourist fee of €3 per person per night for hotel stays. Children under 12 will be exempt. The fee will be collected by the establishment.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

Her şey muhteşemdi çalışanlar çok ilgili, odamız gayet temiz ve genişti, yemekler ada geneline göre iyiydi özellikle blue marlin restaurant a rezervasyon yaptırıp denemenizi tavsiye ederim. Hotel çevresinde doğru düzgün mekan olmadığı için yarım pansiyon satın almanızı tavsiye ederim. Denizi de oldukça güzel ve temiz ücretsiz su sporları var.

Cons:

Beğenmediğimiz hiçbir şey olmadı. Sadece tavsiye olarak oda kapı ve pencerelerine sineklik yapılması çok iyi olur. Bir de balkona çamaşır asmak için askılık olması çok iyi olur ıslak eşyaları kurutmak zor oldu bizim için

Una estancia muy agradable
Pros:

La ubicación, instalaciones, limpieza son de diez. Comodísimas habitaciones, la piscina, la playa, el gimnasio, las instalaciones deportivas muy cuidadas y modernas.

Cons:

La comida y bebida eran carísimas. Nos sorprendió muchísimo porque el resto de la isla no es así. No es normal pagar por un sándwich o una hamburguesa los precios que tenían, ni lo merece ni es razonable. La bebida carísima también. Lo bueno es que tienes opciones gastronómicas mejores y más baratas fuera del hotel. El servicio del hotel fue correcto pero no excelente, se confundieron de día al darnos el desayuno que habíamos pedido, luego no vinieron a recogerlo en todo un día entero. Son cosas a tener en cuenta en un hotel tan caro y que se deben mencionar.

Hôtel mémorable: tant de beauté .
Pros:

Merveilleux hôtel : nous nous y sommes sentis chouchoutés par pleins de petites attentions pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Quant aux restaurants: tout y est délicieux. Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Bref on s y sent bien.

Rien. Tout était beau !!!

Wundervolles Hotel - Grandiose Anlage - Kleine Mängel.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage Wunderschöne Strände. Und auch ein ehemals wirklich tolles Hotel. Es ist heute leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man merkt es an Kleinigkeiten, dass es immer wieder schwierig ist, ein Hotel eben über viele Jahre hinweg auch ordentlich zu halten.
Trotzdem muss man sagen, es ist ein fantastisches Sportangebot. Hier gibt es so viele Sportmöglichkeiten und es gibt auch gutes Equipment für allen Sport, wie es woanders auf der Insel wohl kaum zu finden ist. Das ist ein ganz großer Pluspunkt.
Auch die ganze Anlage um den Pool herum ist wirklich sehr gut gehalten und es macht Freude hier essen zu gehen. Sowohl das sehr ausgiebige Frühstück als auch die verschiedenen Restaurants für die Abendessen machen wirklich ein rundes Bild. Ein besonderes Pluspunkt ist auch der direkte Zugang zum Golfplatz, der direkt bei der Rezeption startet.

Cons:

Es ist nicht einfach in einem Land, in dem die Hotels schon fast zwangsmässig eine gewisse Prozentsatz an Mitarbeitern aufs Auge gedritt bekommen, das Hotel in einem guten Zustand zu halten. Das ist für die gesamte Wirtschaft von Mauritius zwar sehr vorteilhaft, aber natürlich für ein Hotel bis Weihnachten eine ordentliche Herausforderung.
Wenn es also auf diesem hohen Niveau etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann würde ich sagen, dass die Mitarbeiter alle angehalten werden sollten, die Gäste zu grüßen. Vielleicht wirkt das etwas pingelig, aber es macht wirklich einen sehr großen Unterschied.
Auch die professionalität der Mitarbeiter in den Restaurants könnte durchaus erhöht werden, indem einfach internationale Standards, klarer und deutlicher den Mitarbeitern mitgeteilt werden. Einzelne Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht, andere hingegen lassen den Kopf alle 2 Minuten hängen, schluffen mit den füßen, unterhalten sich zur Drittwährend andere fragend nach einem Kellner suchen., etc.
Der Abflussgeruch im Badezimmer scheint Schwierig in den Griff zu bekommen zu sein.
Insgesamt ist das aber ein Kommentar auf Rom, Niveau, und wir haben wirklich einen fantastischen Urlaub dort verbracht. Danke also an das Hotel.

Pros:

Le lieu est paradisiaque, la plage toujours propre avec beaucoup de transat, le personnel toujours très agréable. Nous avons apprécié la taille de la chambre et tous ses équipements. Le petit déjeuner propose beaucoup de choix. Nous avons vraiment apprécié les parcours pour courir dans le complexe pour éviter les routes fréquentées.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé que les prix des extras (boisson + repas) étaient excessivement cher. Attention à la note salée qui vous attend à la fin du séjour. Tout est fait pour que vous ne sortiez pas de l'hôtel.

Great stay and enjoyed my time there
Pros:

F&B Team was great at the zuka restaurant. Very professional and polite. Spa team delivered exceptional service , Congrats to them also. Guest relations were effective and collaborate , thank you for your smiles.

Cons:

Bed sheets should be reviewed as they did not fit perfectly the mattress . Smell from the drains . AC was not up to expectations. Amenities in the room should be reviewed. Management should think to renovate or some uplifts.

Superb hotel right by the beach
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. We loved the direct access to the beach, and the restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food throughout our stay.

Cons:

The only downside was that we hadn’t booked the à la carte restaurants in advance for dinner, so we ended up dining at the buffet every evening. It would have been helpful to receive this information before our arrival so we could have made reservations ahead of time.
