Important information:

For all Honeymoon Clients ONLY : Please note, to benefit the ‘Honeymoon Gifts’. The travel dates must be 12 months to guests’ wedding date. A copy of the wedding certificate must be produced compulsory at time of check in at hotel. Honeymoon Gifts will be offered : Lunches (2 courses) offered daily If booked on ‘Half board’ only. One free couples experience – select from a catalogue of experiences on arrival at your hotel. (booking must be a minimum stay of four nights).

Hotel restaurants dress code :
Daytime: casual (swimwear or tank tops are not allowed).
Evening: casual smart (no shorts, Bermuda shorts, beachwear or sportswear allowed. Closed shoes for men in all restaurant. La Ravanne restaurant : (Bermuda shorts allowed with closed shoes for men - Applicable for children as from 12 years old.

Kindly note that, commencing 01 October 2025, the Government of Mauritius will introduce a tourist fee of €3 per person per night for hotel stays. Children under 12 will be exempt. The fee will be collected by the establishment.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

Le Paradis porte bien son nom...
Pros:

ABSOLUMENT TOUT
L'emplacement exceptionnel, le paysage etait paradisiaque, incroyable
Le service hors du temps, rien n'est laissé au hasard, ils pensent à tout
Le petit déjeuner gargantuesque, il y a de toute : sucré, salé, sain, plus gourmand, sans gluten, jus de fruit frais... impossible de tout décrire ce serait trop long.
Nous n'avons pas l'habitude de ce type d'hébergements, au début cela nous a pas mal décontenancé mais on s'est vite habitués finalement ! 2 nuits pas plus malheureusement car le prix n'est pas donné mais totalement justifié... Foncez vous ne le regretterez pas !
Chambre avec vue sur le lever du soleil et le coucher de soleil est visible juste de l'autre côté... Non franchement je pense que je m'en souviendrais toute ma vie.
PS : Le snorkeling juste au pied des chambres... inoubliable

Stay in Paradise
Pros:

It was an amazing experience for us to stay in this hotel. From the moment you enter you feel that they care about you and trying to accommodate you with all requests. The beach area is stunning, you feel like in Paradise. Food in all restaurants was delicious, especially we liked restaurant Zest and their amazing stuff, manager Poliah and waiter Baboo made us feel special and were very professional and provided an amazing example of great customer service.
Also would like to admit that cleaning was done properly on a daily basis, twice per day.
The hotel itself has huge area for walking, you can enjoy a lot of activities and we didn’t feel bored even for a second.
Overall it was one of the best hotels we ever stayed in and we would definitely come back again.
Thank you so much to the whole team of the hotel, you guys are amazing!

The hotel itself is beautiful, with amazing scenery and a great location. I also really enjoyed the variety of activities available, including the fitness program and group tennis classes. Most of the restaurants served very tasty food, although the Japanese restaurant was disappointing compared to the others

However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The walls between the rooms are extremely thin, and noise from neighboring rooms could be heard very clearly ( I slept with the earplugs) Housekeeping was also below expectations, as the room was not cleaned properly at times. In addition, the pillows were very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get good sleep.

L’hôtel est très beau , situé au pied du morne .
La plage est belle et l’eau claire.

Le personnel est souriant et super accueillant!
Nous avons passé un super séjour.
Le choix des restaurants et la qualité des produits c’était excellent. Et le petit + vous pouvez vous rendre à l’hôtel voisin de la même chaîne en navette , les restaurants sont également compris dans la pension ! C’est génial.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel !
