Important information:

For all Honeymoon Clients ONLY : Please note, to benefit the ‘Honeymoon Gifts’. The travel dates must be 12 months to guests’ wedding date. A copy of the wedding certificate must be produced compulsory at time of check in at hotel. Honeymoon Gifts will be offered : Lunches (2 courses) offered daily If booked on ‘Half board’ only. One free couples experience – select from a catalogue of experiences on arrival at your hotel. (booking must be a minimum stay of four nights).

Hotel restaurants dress code :
Daytime: casual (swimwear or tank tops are not allowed).
Evening: casual smart (no shorts, Bermuda shorts, beachwear or sportswear allowed. Closed shoes for men in all restaurant. La Ravanne restaurant : (Bermuda shorts allowed with closed shoes for men - Applicable for children as from 12 years old.

Kindly note that, commencing 01 October 2025, the Government of Mauritius will introduce a tourist fee of €3 per person per night for hotel stays. Children under 12 will be exempt. The fee will be collected by the establishment.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

Pros:

El hotel es un paraíso, la zona es preciosa, las instalaciones fantásticas, el servicio inmejorable y los desayunos una maravilla.

Cons:

Es bastante caro, nosotros fuimos sólo con desayuno y hacer el resto de comidas en el hotel sube mucho el precio a la par de que hay que reservar con antelación, por lo que necesitas coche para poder desplazarte a algún sitio más económico.

Le paradis sur terre
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique d’un bout à l’autre. Le personnel est au petit soin et toujours présent pour le client. Les repas étaient bons et variés. Tout a été fait avec goût. C’est vraiment le paradis sur terre. La plage est fabuleuse, sable fin, eau turquoise, calme.
Possibilité de faire du sport nautique gratuitement (snorkeling, bateau de verre, kayak, paddle etc).
Nous avons pu faire une séance d’initiation gold gratuite ce qui était une première pour nous.
Je le recommande grandement, un vrai hôtel 5*

Pros:

Emplacement parfait face à la mer, un personnel souriant et agréable.

Cons:

Der beste Strand der Insel ist quasi vor der Haustüre
Sehr komfortable große Zimmer
Einfach ankommen und entspannen

Enjoyed our stay, however disappointed the hotel wouldn’t do more to accommodate the fact we lost two all inclusive pack

We booked for 10 nights all inclusive through booking.com. Flights from the UK were severely disrupted on our due departure date 8 September and delayed by 2 days, due to Emirates business class availability, therefore we lost two nights all inclusive package which the hotel or booking,com will reimburse us for

Inkább egy golf hotel, mintsem resort, de a festői környezet, a kristálytiszta lagúnák kárpótolnak. Valamint az ételek változatosak és finomak, főleg a külön álló éttermeik.

Cons:

Kicsit az érződött a resorton, hogy a természet adta szépségekből élnek, a személyzet sokszor értetlen, nem kedves, kevésbé ember központú.

Sok helyen, szobák, étterem esetében egy részletekbe menő átgondolásra lenne szükség.
