For all Honeymoon Clients ONLY : Please note, to benefit the ‘Honeymoon Gifts’. The travel dates must be 12 months to guests’ wedding date. A copy of the wedding certificate must be produced compulsory at time of check in at hotel. Honeymoon Gifts will be offered : Lunches (2 courses) offered daily If booked on ‘Half board’ only. Hotel restaurants dress code :
Daytime: casual (swimwear or tank tops are not allowed).
Evening: casual smart (no shorts, Bermuda shorts, beachwear or sportswear allowed. Closed shoes for men in all restaurant. La Ravanne restaurant : (Bermuda shorts allowed with closed shoes for men - Applicable for children as from 12 years old.
Kindly note that, commencing 01 October 2025, the Government of Mauritius will introduce a tourist fee of €3 per person per night for hotel stays. Children under 12 will be exempt. The fee will be collected by the establishment.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

F&B Team was great at the zuka restaurant. Very professional and polite. Spa team delivered exceptional service , Congrats to them also. Guest relations were effective and collaborate , thank you for your smiles.
Bed sheets should be reviewed as they did not fit perfectly the mattress . Smell from the drains . AC was not up to expectations. Amenities in the room should be reviewed. Management should think to renovate or some uplifts.
best service , food can be improved
Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. We loved the direct access to the beach, and the restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food throughout our stay.
The only downside was that we hadn’t booked the à la carte restaurants in advance for dinner, so we ended up dining at the buffet every evening. It would have been helpful to receive this information before our arrival so we could have made reservations ahead of time.
Es ist ein absolutes Traumhotel! Die Zimmer sind groß und immer super sauber gewesen. Der Strand ist einfach nur traumhaft schön! Das Personal ist immer nett und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen
Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht und sind Abends dann in den Hotelrestaurants essen gegangen. Hier sind die Preise wirklich extrem hoch und es sind super kleine Portionen, somit würden wir jedem mindestens Halbpension empfehlen.
Ebenfalls hätten wir es etwas schöner gefunden wenn Abends etwas mehr Programm an einer der Hotelbars gewesen wäre.

Was good...expected more. Very average for a 5 star hotel. Nothing special except for the setting of Le Morne and nice beaches. Hotel is ageing and it is showing in the rooms.

The staff is attentive and welcoming. The hotel is nice, clean and appealing.
Drinks and food are overpriced, especially when compared to the real life on Mauritius. The beach is not that special compared to e.g. Seychelles.
