Considering its central location the hotel is surprisingly quiet. Onsen good. Helpful staff. Lovely breakfast.
Hard to find initially as has small entrance and foyer, and is tucked away behind the main street.
Good location and good value for money.
It was tucked away and you had to walk through a dark roadway with a small park bordering it to get there. I never felt unsafe, but you need to be aware of it.
The staff were nice... but very surprised this hotel gets such high ratings. The rooms were SO SMALL, so dated and not clean.
Rooms were very small, very dated, not clean - you can absolutely find a better hotel for same/similar costs. I was surprised it came as highly reviewed as it did.
Location was wonderful, close to everything but still tucked away and quiet. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious - lots of variety and evening was yummy.
The smoking room was so tiny. I wish my window wasn't frosted so I could have some scenery.
Onsen with a spring well is the great experiance of Dormy Inn Hotels. After having experiance in Asakusa and in Osaka, we were bit disappointed with Shibuya one. Hotel is fully OK, but our expectations were higher.
The Main Enterance to the Hotel was looking like delivery enterance. In a small street, behind some delivery service.
Breakfast offering was very basic.
The Granbell was a great option for us. It was a good value as it was a good bit less cost than others around and everything was perfectly fine for our 5 night stay in Tokyo. Quiet location but close to everything, great staff, room you'd expect, all for less than other places.
I can't think of any particular cons.
We loved everything about the hotel

Good location
Rooms are very very small, service not very helpful.
I liked the communal baths and overall cleanliness of the hotel and bath areas, the laundry and most especially the complimentary Ramen Soup in the evening. A special treat!
Location frontage was a bit strange. It felt like we were coming in the back way. Nevertheless, the closeness to all things Shibuya was greatly appreciated.
Loved the onsen, clean and functional room
Pillows were very flat
