Good service, nice staff, cramped room
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. They offered free udon noodles late at night - very welcome

Cons:

The rooms are tiny. Couldn't actually walk round the far side of the bed. No wardrobe. Location not that good, neither Shibuya nor Harajuku

Localização estratégica pra fazer muita coisa em 3 bairros
Pros:

A localização entre harajuko e shibuya. Muita coisa perto.
Tinha café, agua e kit de higiene no quarto. Onsen maravilhoso

Cons:

Travesseiros muito pequenos e o quarto era ao lado de uma linha de trem. Barulho chato durante o dia logo cedo já começava. Pra mim foi o pior defeito.

無料が多くてコスパいい！
Pros:

夜鳴きそばが美味しかったです！他にも色々無料のものもありお値段は週末で少し高かったですけど、それでもコスパはいいと思います！スタッフの方の対応もとても良く、また宿泊したいと思いました！

Cons:

線路側に今回宿泊したので、電車の音は結構あります。私は疲れもあってぐっすり寝ちゃいましたが、音に敏感な方は気になるレベルだと思います。あと、これはホテルが悪いわけではないですが、今回代々木第一体育館でイベント会場で、そこからホテルまでは10分ちょいは歩くし坂も多いです。今後宿泊される方の参考になれば！

Disappointing but great staff.
Pros:

Staff were amazing; very flexible and accommodating to our requests. Breakfast was good value for money. Powerpoint locations were logical, first hotel that's been logical

Cons:

Train was super loud regardless of where your room is, bedsheets and pillows were stained and very old (tags literally lost all writing etc on them), bathroom smelt like mold, aircon unit smelt musty and kept turning off. Hallway light turns on automatically which blinds everyone in the middle of the night when going to the bathroom, no way to turn that off.

Disappointing unclean
Pros:

The onsen and location

Cons:

The room was not clean when we entered: sofa and wood headboard were dusty, carpet was dirty. The fact that they do not clean the room at all makes a great hotel look and feel dirty. The elevator floor was dirty. Not worth the money.

スタッフがみなさん親切な対応をされてみえて良かった。

Cons:

予約が遅かったこともあり、1人での宿泊だがダブルだったこともあり、宿泊代金がポイントを利用しても高かった。
