Pros:

I really enjoyed the hotels proximity to the city’s main attractions and its cleanliness

Cons:

There is nothing I can say that I didn’t dislike honestly. It was spacious, great service, great atmosphere.

Good location with onsen for central Tokyo close to Harajuku and Shibuya transportation.
Pros:

Location is very good, central and convenient. Having the onsen was a plus and booked this for it. Even though we had a room facing the train tracks it was very quiet.

Cons:

Our room was fine but the drain in the bathtub and shower were clogged. Sink faucet was loose and not tightly secured.

I would stay here again, loved the location, the service and the included breakfast.
Pros:

Location cannot be beat! If you want to be in the heart of Shibuya and near Harajuku, this is a great spot. Staff is wonderful, breakfast has so many options and complimentary afternoon ice cream was so great on hot summer days. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

Bed was not soft and only one pillow, but I think this is more about what I'm used to, I imagine this is common in Japan.

テレビのリモコンの反応がよくなかったのと部屋の鍵がしっかり閉まらなかった。あと、意外と部屋にいても観光客の騒ぎ声がよく部屋まで響いていた
