Clean
Location and building works
Just location
It was noisy because it was on main road so the whole night traffic was passing through the roads I would suggest to use noise cancellation windows and a fan facility in rooms.
Amazing friendly staff
Heating was a major issue as the corridor heating was set on 30 degrees and nobody knew how to adjust it. This extreme heat was entering no 16 under the gap of the door. We were given a small desk fan which never helped the sittuation. We slept in a sauna room not getying any cool air.
Clean and new looking accommodation, currently undergoing refurbishment on the main building.
I assume all the rooms have sink, microwave and fridge.
No AC in the rooms or food served including breakfast.
The staff were very welcoming, ample parking, beautiful rooms, lovely and modern, 100% recommend and will definitely be staying again.

We were moved hotels without notice and instead stayed at the Buckingham hotel. The room there was clean and the parking seemed very secure. Parking was underground and out of the sun which was great for us on a hot bank holiday weekend.
We booked the Wendover Arms Hotel for our trip to Wembley. When we arrived at the hotel it looked like it was under going some major refurbishments, there was lots of scaffolding and it looked like the roof was missing. When we went to check in we were told we didn’t have a booking, even after I showed him my confirmation. After some time it was determined that we’d been moved to a different hotel about 5 minutes drive away. There was no clear notification of this before our stay.
Central
It was dog friendly
The bar service was good
There was a sink & microwave in the room BUT absolutely NOTHING in the way of crockery/cutlery/utensils so even if we used the microwave there was no means of eating what was cooked!
Our room had one uncomfortable double bed & two equally uncomfortable single beds BUT there was only ONE chair in the room.
The TV service was intermittent at best.
There is no mirror within range of an electrical socket.
There is no designated disabled parking and disabled access was poor as access from the car park was down steps.
In the bar there was a doorway labelled ‘kitchen’ however NO food was available… is the ‘kitchen’ the room where the crisps are stored?
Lights in the walkway from the carpark did not provide safe passage down the steep steps through to the ‘hotel’ entrance at night..we had to use the torch on an iPhone to safely navigate the steps.
How can this property be called an ‘hotel’… at best, it’s a overnight boarding house for contractors
3 stars… you’re totally having a laugh and over-selling a 1 star establishment
This establishment needs to decide whether they’re catering to workmen or customers
Dog friendly rooms need to be on the ground floor
Alas, nothing.
All of it.
Good location for town
Nothing stands out as not to like
Clean and modernised rooms. Hotel bar. Parking on site.
Bit further from centre than expected
Good
Ok ok
Had a freezer and microwave. Was clean
Good value for my stay nice staff
Shame they don’t do food
So I booked the hotel, got sent to a sister hotel which then sent me to another building/ apartment. All good, clean etc but the upstairs noise was terrible from people running around. Top it off at 12.30 am the hotel double booked us and had 4 drunken men and women walking around thinking they were staying there also. It was scary and rung to complain as it happened and in the morning when dropped key off, they said sorry but I don’t think that’s good enough. It’s dangerous to make such a mistake, if that was my fiance and kids in that room I’d be fuming. This sort of mistake is pathetic. They made it by not having room at the first hotel but to make it again while I’m fast asleep is a joke
