First impression staying at BSA twin towers
Pros:

The staff was ultra friendly and helpful. I would like to specifically call out your bellboys, Elmark and Rey. They went out of their way to assist us with our large and cumbersome luggage. They even arranged our transportation conveyance to NAIA.

Cons:

A few cockroach in the room, and the uncomfortably long wait for the elevators. In Tower A, it had 50 floors and only 2 elevators units were functioning.

Perfect place to stay, very convenient and easily accessible to SM Megamall.
Pros:

I always choose BSA Twin Towers because it is very convenient and easily accessible to SM Megamall and the government offices I need to visit. I also love the room's ambiance and cleanliness, but what I appreciate most are the large windows. Since I have claustrophobia, I always request a room with a nice view, as it makes my stay much more comfortable.

Cons:

It would be great if you could keep a guest profile to identify returning guests and consider their preferences. As a regular guest, I would truly appreciate consideration for requests such as early check-in, since I usually arrive after a long flight.

Pros:

The location is really nice however, I hope there will be improvements. I used to booked in this hotel before.. it's really different now.

Cons:

The hall way is bit old and creepy. The beds are not that clean. The comforters and towels are really old.
