Exceptional Service and Hospitality for Our Group Event
Pros:

We recently hosted a group event at Wyndham Garden Chinatown and were extremely pleased with the experience from start to finish.

Despite a very short planning timeline, Sean Sy and the entire team were professional, responsive, flexible, and genuinely committed to making our event successful. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and every detail was handled with care and efficiency.

The meeting space was well prepared, the beverage service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group's needs. Their hospitality made a significant difference and allowed us to focus on our program without worrying about logistics.

A special thank you to Sean for his outstanding customer service and partnership. It is clear that he and his team take great pride in providing an exceptional guest experience.

We highly recommend Wyndham Garden Chinatown for meetings, group events, and accommodations in New York City, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

Pros:

This hotel is sold on websites with Breakfast included. When you arrive at the hotel they say you need to pay a service fee that covers breakfast and other services.

Is a legal way to add the breakfast cost.

Very bad practice.

Stay away from this hotel.

Meu quarto era no 8º andar, de esquina, todo envidraçado, inclusive o banheiro, lindo! Porém batia sol quase o dia todo e era um calor insuportável, o ar condicionado não dava vazão e tive que pedir para trocar.
Fui para um quarto na lateral, no 4º andar e ficou melhor

Helt ok frukost som gör att dagen kan starta utan att behöva köpa något på stan. Rummet större än förväntat och hade en fin utsikt både uptown och downtown. Närheten till tunnelbana är skönt. Trevlig personal.
Ett härligt område med närheten till Chinatown och Little Italy samt gångavstånd till 9/11 Memorial.

AC krånglade en dag/natt, men den fixade dom efter påpekande.

Pros:

A convenient, modern, and well-maintained hotel. The city views from the upper floors and the rooftop bar were magnificent! Great location in Chinatown - right next to the subway. Special thanks to the upper floor barman for nice cocktails and a friendly conversation!

Cons:

The breakfast was OK but a bit basic. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient, but some of them seemed to be in a bad mood.
