A 3-star hotel in Colmar, Alsace, offering 48 comfortable, air-conditioned, soundproofed double or twin rooms with original red, white and black decor inspired by Gustave Eiffel and Auguste Bartholdi. 10 minutes' walk from Colmar's historic centre.

Angenehmes Hotel nahe der Colmarer Innenstadt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl bei der Rezeption, als auch beim Frühstück-Service. Gutes Klima zwischen dem Personal. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, die Betten waren gut, es gab einen Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Badezimmer neuwertig und komfortabel. Wenn man auf Zimmerreinigung verzichtet bekommt man pro Person einen Softdrink am Abend. Frischwasserspender stehen zur Verfügung, genauso Pizzaliefer-Service, Getränke in der Lounge und vom Automaten, Billardtisch für abends. Frühstück war vielfältig und gut.
Fußläufigkeit zur Colmarer Innenstadt ist hervorragend.

Fazit: Wir werden wiederkommen, die Vorteile überwiegen, der Rest ist akzeptabel.

Verbesserungspotential:
Tische im Frühstücksraum stehen sehr eng - das dazwischen hergehen ist herausfordernd. Buffet ist über Eck angeordnet, so dass es in der Ecke sehr eng wird. Die Kaffeemaschinen funktionieren nicht immer, was zu einem Stau beim Buffet führt, wenn morgens großer Andrang herrscht. Wer gerne Tee drinkt kämpft um die wenigen Teesiebe und es gibt leider keine Teekannen. Die Lautstärke im Raum ist wegen fehlender Dämpfung (z.B. Vorhänge) und oftmals voller Besetzung ziemlich laut.
