Please note that guests leaving after check out time will be penalized with the full payment of the reservation.

One child under 12 years of age stays free of charge when using existing beds in the Twin Rooms. Double and Queen rooms can only accommodate 1 child under 12 if he/she is accompanied by an adult. Children between 12 and 18 years old pay $80.000 COP/person/night plus 19% VAT.

Adults can not be accommodated in the rooms. Please note only guests with a Visa TP - 11 or 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa that have been in the country for less than 6 months, according to Colombian law are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay.

Buena desconexion de casa
Pros:

La atención de personal de primera, atentos y serviciales. Siempre prestos a escuchar y dar soluciones. Desde la recepción y despedida inmecables, voy a volver.

Cons:

Que al momento de hacer mi primera reserva en Booking, no me dió opción de reservas mas de 2 días en el primer internto para este Hotel 3B Virrey.

Bonito, buen precio, solo volvería si viajo solo. No creo que sean habitaciones para ir con alguien.
Pros:

Es céntrico, con buen trato y muy limpio.

Cons:

La habitación era demasiado pequeña con un mini baño que volvía el espacio muy poco privado.

Not a 4-star hotel
Pros:

Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants.

Cons:

No ventilation in the room. I don't mind the lack of air-con, but ventilation is needed to disperse the smell from the toilet.

It was good.
Pros:

service and breakfast.

Cons:

I was very disappointed when I arrived because the room had no hot water. I came in late and wanted a shower and I was asked to have the water running for 10 mins. When water did not run hot, I had to move to another room and it was the same story. I was not able to shower that night as the water was cold. The morning I was told that I needed to pay for an upgrade. I then said I would demand a refund, so they upgraded me to a nice room with hot water. The showers smell like mold.

Pros:

They take customer safety seriously. I came back late one night. They sent a guy to accompany me until I opened my door. They don’t make money to call taxi for customer. They just provide service.

Cons:

I ordered a pick up from airport. But the driver didn’t show up after I arrived 40 minutes. I had to text or had someone to call them.
