Great location for a short stay in Verona
Pros:

The location is amazing for sight-seeing in Verona but because of this central location in the old town there isn't a view or much outdoor space which would have been nice. The staff were so great, particularly Silvia who recommended great places to eat and had lots of suggestions for places to visit/things to do, also Alessandro who arranged a fabulous winery visit and countryside lunch for us when we said we needed to escape the city heat at the last minute.

Cons:

It suited our needs for a couple of days in the city but probably wouldn't suit a longer stay.

Amazing location for sight seeing and the Opera, staff very helpful, facilities in our suite not as expected.

Amazing location for sightseeing and the Opera that was the main purpose of our visit.

Cons:

Wi-fi difficult in the room, not enough furniture in our suite for clothes. Mini bar not re-stocked each day.

The location is magnificent.
The hotel itself is a beautiful historical building. The service is impeccable, staff are friendly and professional. Shout out to Reyal who makes my mornings extra special - he was attentive and helpful!
