This was one of the best hotel stays we had in Verona, one of the best NH Hotels we’ve stayed hands down. From the location, the atmosphere of the hotel, the art work collection, cleanliness, fragrance of the hotel, it is definitely worth the value when you are staying in Verona. The most valuable asset of the hotel is their staff, it made our stay so enjoyable! From the concierge Agostino at the helm is just excellent! All our lunch and dinners are recommended by him, Yusuf was kind enough to help us with all our luggages, and lastly Reyal who is always active during breakfast and is very accommodating to our every need during breakfast for us to enjoy it! This hotel needs more recognition!

We enjoyed a lovely four night stay at the Palazzo Verona hotel. The welcome was very good, and the staff were very welcoming, especially the front of House team at the desk. Room comfortable and noise levels very low despite looking out over the Porta Borsari. Housekeeping very good and discrete. Breakfasts excellent, enjoyed in the courtyard choreographed by the excellent Reyal.
A lovely hotel in a great location. We arrived around lunch time and the room wasn't ready the entry way is beautiful and there is water and snacks while you wait.
The hotel looked after our luggage and it was placed in our room when we returned. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. Along with a nicely kitted out bathroom.
The only reason i have this review as a 4* not 5* is because i felt the breakfast was a little poor. Not terrible but not great either.
Overall i would stay here again
Reyal is the best. He is not only proving the excellent service but also taking care of people. I'd hire and keep him as my best manager. Thanks Reyal.
