Excelente localização,funcionários muito prestativos e café da manhã bem gostoso.
Instalação antiga necessitando de reparos e reformas.
O atendimento é incrível, café da manhã é simples mas contém o necessário e ainda tem a opção de solicitar um mini café antes do horário para levar para os passeios que saem de madrugada. A localização é excelente, próximo a praça central, restaurantes, bares, faz tudo caminhando.
Sofremos muito no quesito de falta de água quente e a limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar
Location is close to Plaza de Armas, but is at where all the night clubs are.
Staff is very nice.
Couldn’t complain much with such low costs but I think travellers should aware of the followings:
- Terrible Soundproofing: The walls feel like thin drywall with zero sound insulation. I could hear neighboring guests using the toilet, and every time another room door closed, the whole room vibrated
- Construction starts at 730am, adding on the terrible soundproofing point.
- Very weak WiFi signal at the end room. Always disconnect when you are one step away from the room door.
- I am forced to change my room as there was no hot water.

Like that the property was in a good location for tour pickup and in walking distance to everything.
However, because of the bars around it, it felt uncomfortable when leaving for early morning tours and the bar goers were around and loud.
Posizione ottima a due passi dalla piazza principale. Personale abbastanza gentile , camera pulita e colazione buona.

Ubicación excelente muy cerca de plaza de armas, staff amable nos dejaron guardar maletas mientras íbamos a aguas calientes. Los tours te recogen ahí mismo
