The Ibis Kraków Stare Miasto is in a modern beautiful building, with beautiful interiors. It is located ten minutes of walk from the historic center of Krakow. It is located close to the train station as well as many shops, pizzerias, cafes, super market etc. Our double room was so beautiful, clean and spacious. There are water coolers at certain points along the corridors. The staff is really very kind (reception and breakfast) and willing to help with anything you need. The breakfast is very good, has a variety such as coffee, milk, fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs, pastries, etc! Payment at the hotel is made at check-in. The WiFi signal was very good. It was a wonderful stay.

Friendly cleaning and reception staff. Excellent breakfast 👌

Cons:

The dimension of the room was uncomfortable 😐. The window, as little as it could be open, had to be unfortunately closed again, as the loud and annoying repetitive beeping sound of a traffic light under the window made it impossible to fall asleep 😴
