Sehr schönes Hotel mit schöner Aussicht & hilfsbereites, nettes Persobal - empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr schöner Standort mit tollem Ausblick, Zugang zum Hotel per Lift war sehr angenehm, jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon, Bar Lounge war gemütlich, guter & hilfreicher Service, altes aber sehr schönes Gebäude

Cons:

Wc hat keine Lüftung, was uns aber nicht sehr gestört hat, Zimmer an gewissen Stellen (Badezimmerfugen, Teppich) leicht renovationsbedürftig (für uns nicht störend)

Great stay, great hotel, great location. Room a bit outdated.
Pros:

The view from the room was amazing! Breakfast buffet was great and breakfast room was lovely with same great view. Staff was very friendly!

Cons:

The room itself was kind of outdated. Sink was outside of bathroom. Floor was squeaky.

Es war ein Erlebnis das ich nicht miessen möchte
Pros:

Zimmer etwas Klein, Dusche sehr rutschig, Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig gut und frisch, Lage ausserordentlich Schön.
Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel, fantastische Gin Bar, gerne wieder

Pathetic Experience
Pros:

The scenery around.

Cons:

Lack of food options. Very few options. Not even a cup in room. Only 2 plastic glasses for drinking water. They cracked. The water supply was on ground floor. Kindly avoid booking this place even if it is the last option. We paid for 4 nights but checked out one day before the check out.

Ausserordentlich angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem traditionellen Hotel mit sehr netten Personal.
Pros:

Wunderbarer Bau, extrem nettes Personal, sehr tolle Sauna, ausserordentliche Ginbar und excellentes Frühstück.

Cons:

Der Teppich im Zimmer ist halt alt und entsprechend ums Lavabo herum nicht mehr sauber.
Betten etwas sehr weich.

Cadre très agréable dans un ancien palace avec une superbe vue de la chambre .
Pros:

petit déjeuner très bon .Très belle vue de la chambre. Ambiance très agréable dans cet ancien palace qui a conservé ses espaces et colonnes intérieures.

Cons:

Le lavabo se trouve dans la chambre alors que le WC et la douche sont séparés , si bien que la moquette est défraichie et tachée devant le lavabo, non protégé.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Terrace, Engelberg. Very convenient location, close to the train and bus stations. I really liked the tunnel and lift facilities that make reaching the mountain hotel so easy—you hardly feel like you’re going up into the mountains! The views from the hotel are incredible, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One small suggestion would be to add more chicken options at breakfast, apart from chicken sausage. Overall, a lovely stay!

Hoffelijke bediening, gebouw is aan renovatie en vernieuwing toe.
Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht aan de voorkant van het hotel. Vriendelijk gastvrije bediening. Hotel ziet er wat sleets en verouderd uit. We missen de "grandeur" en elan van 20 jaar geleden. Succes met de renovatie en vernieuwing!

Leckeres Frühstück auf der Sonnenterasse, grandioser Ausblick auf den Titlis vom Balkon, sehr freundliches Personal, gemütliche Bar, klasse Ambiente, Ladestation für E-Auto direkt am Hotel. Alles super!
