ficamos no 8º andar vista muito legal, mais a área de lazer te dá uma vista que é surreal de linda, tem sala com muitos jogos pra família, área kids, piscina limpa quentinha. Local pra relaxar externo! Maravilhosaaaa estadia, voltarei outras vezes com certeza!!!
Apesar de atenderem com muita cordialidade, a parte de pedir o carro sempre que precisar sair, e nos retornos ter que deixar para levarem para estacionamento achei meio burocrático, desconsertado, as vezes não tem vaga na frente e aí não tem onde parar, ou quando solicitamos tem alguns hóspedes que pedem o carro e não aparecem e aí gera um transtorninho, pois fica prendendo a vaga onde daria para parar que já é limitada! E eles ficam chamando na recepção mil vezes. Então só dessa logística que achei complicada, mais não demoram pra resolver e não atrapalhou pois somos compreensíveis e paciente.
