Ótima estadia, dormi muito bem.
Pros:

Gostei de tudo. Camas confortáveis, quarto escuro, café da manhã bom. Funcionários simpáticos. Tudo ótimo.

Foi boa, mas pode melhorar nas próximas vezes.
Pros:

Já nos hospedamos no hotel outra vez e foi muito bom e não deixou nada a desejar. Dessa vez infelizmente a piscina não estava aberta, no booking não havia aviso antes de pegarmos vaga.

Cons:

O cuidado com o hóspede em relação a limpeza poderia melhorar um pouco mais.

Nosso quarto contava com hidromassagem porém equipamento extremamente velho e mal cuidado, pelo nivel do hotel deveria ser um equipamento melhor, o hotel não dispõe de academia, fornece um voucher de uma academia, que por sua vez muito ruim, equipamentos velhos e mal cuidados, no horário que frequentei (Sábado as 10h) só tinha a atendente da academia e ninguém para ajudar com os exercícios os aparelhos....

O hotel é bom, os funcionarios sao legais e receptativos. O play kids pra criança é muito bom, meu filho amou. Apenas fiquei chateada pois escolhi esse hotel por conta da pscina infantil e adulto ser coberta e aquecida, esse era o ponto principal na acomodação escolhida, pois queria aproveitar a noite com meu filho apos os passeios pra brincar na piscina pq ele ama, e estava interditada, a area de salao de jogos e baby sity tambem estava fechada... Deveriam avisar, pois no site mostra que tem tudo isso... serviço de quarto nao varre direito o chao, meu filho derrubou bolinhas de doce, pedi pra limpar, pois ainda tinha bolinhas no banheiro, em baixo das cama tinha sujeira que nem era nossa kkkk
