Our room was located nearby the main road and the noise from outside was a bit difficult during the night.

The road to get to the bus or shuttle bus is a bit dangerous, especially in the evening and with a luggage...
O local fica na rodovia que é bem perigosa.
I cannot fault the room clean , nice balcony. The breakfast was an amzing choice of breakfast and an amazing array of cakes. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Not able to make a drink in your room as no kettles. Cannot take drink back to room either, I think this is quite a basic thing to require. However I respect decision of hotel not to have this but for me , I don’t like.

Nous avons aimé la vue imprenable sur la ville de Sorrente et sur le Vésuve à travers le balcon.
Nous n’avons pas aimé le comportement d’une réceptionniste qui était de mauvaise foi concernant les activités à Capri et sur le transport de la gare routière vers l’hôtel avec le bus. Nous avons marché pratiquement 3km pour rejoindre l’hôtel avec nos affaires (sacs et valise). Nous n’avons pas eu les informations à temps sur le bus 008 qui fait le tour de la ville. La chambre était sale et nous avons demandé à nous changer les draps et la salle de bain n’était pas très propre non plus. Nous avons été déçu de ce séjour à Sorrente. Heureusement que c’était la dernière ville à visiter avant de rentrer chez nous.

La colazione era ottima, il personale gentile e disponibile. Non posizionato al centro di Sorrento ma dotato di navetta fino a tarda notte.
The staff is really nice, we were in a extreme rush to board a ferry and couldn’t find an uber to go. The staff booked a taxi for us just in time and we made it😭 They also have shuttle buses which is quite convenient and also a staff to bring your luggages upstairs:)
