Hotel restaurant dress code : Daytime: Casual. As a courtesy, guests are requested to please wear a garment over their swimwear in the restaurants, reception and lobby. Evening: Casual Smart. Smart shorts and casual shoes are accepted; however, swimwear and beachwear are not allowed in the restaurants, bars, reception and lobby.
Trousers for the gentlemen are compulsory when dining at Nautic à la carte restaurant.
For all Honeymoon Clients ONLY : Please note, to benefit the ‘Honeymoon Gifts’. The travel dates must be 12 months to guests’ wedding date. A copy of the wedding certificate must be produced compulsory at time of check in at hotel.

Friendly staff
Cleanliness. Very friendly and helpful staff. Your Security made me feel safe. The hotel Location is great as it enables access to many facilities and shops. I loved the availability of fruit, especially bananas, papaya and pineapple everyday during lunch and breakfast. The public bathrooms were super clean. There are many seating areas in the reception area, helping to avoid unnecessary queues.
The gym opened late and closed early. Hotel gyms I have been to open all the time as long as the hotel guests use their room cards to open them. I prefer exercising after coming back from excursions or in the morning before breakfast.
l'honnêteté du personnel. J'ai oublié 2 bagues le jour de mon départ. Le personnel à l'accueil s'est chargé de les retrouver dans la chambre que j'occupé et de me les faire parvenir à l'aéroport par l'intermédiaire d'un taxi. Je les en remercie vivement.

Ive been to hotels all around the world but was never met by more friendly staff than Mauricia. Anisha in particular spend alot of her time making us feel comfortable. We was treated like royalty. The food menu catered for everyone as I am a fussy eater, I always found something to my liking. Thats my new home whenever im in Mauritius in future. Keep up that great service guys. All I can say is that this hotel exceeded all expectations. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the food was simply outstanding—without a doubt some of the best we have ever experienced. Well done to the entire team for delivering such an exceptional experience.
A special mention must go to Sudesh at the bar. He is truly the best barman I have come across. His service is exceptional, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and valued.
Overall, our experience was a perfect 10/10. The nightclub was the cherry on top, adding the perfect finishing touch to an unforgettable stay.
Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning.

Pas de chance pour nous, plusieurs soirs il pleuvait et on a pas pu voir les animations comme il fallait et certaines étaient annulées
L’hôtel est très bien placé en bord de mer. Deux belles piscines et les chambres sont très belles.
Beaucoup de personnel, mais avec un petit problème d’organisation au niveau du restaurant.
