Foi bom. Mas poderia melhorar muito.
Pros:

Localização. Café da manhã. Colchão muito fofo e desconfortável.

Cons:

Falta de limpeza. Falta ducha higiênica no banheiro. Carpete sujo no quarto.

Muy bonito hotel.
Pros:

Ubicado frente a la plaza de armas, hace mas facil que puedas desplazarte por la calle peatonal a los restaurantes, bares y demas sitios de interés. La hibitacion tenia una excelente vista, cama confortable y limpia. El desayuno buffet variado y delecioso. El personal de recepcion amable.

Cons:

Todo me encanto.

It is an older hotel. The breakfast was continental style so just not as good as all the other hotels we've stayed in while in Peru

Pros:

Está perfectamente ubicado. Las instalaciones aunque son antiguas están muy cuidadas, limpias y en perfecto estado. El personal ha sido muy amable con nosotros.

El horario del desayuno (de 6am a 9am) me parece corto

Pros:

Hotel in posizione centralissima a Puno. La nostra stanza aveva una bellissima vista sulla piazza principale con un balconcino. Camera calda con il riscaldamento a muro e letto comodo, bagno ampio con doccia molto grande. Colazione buonissima.

Cons:

Le maniglie delle porte un po difettose.
