Great location to stay for a Puno visit!
Pros:

Strategico Hotel con affaccio proprio sulla piazza principale di Puno
Pros:

Struttura veramente molto strategica, proprio sulla piazza principale della città. Il personale è stato molto accogliente e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Il ristorante interno prepara buonissimi piatti tipici locali. La nostra camera tripla aveva la affaccio con balconcino proprio sulla piazza e devo dire che è stato un bel plus andare a dormire e svegliarsi con la vista sulla cattedrale.

Great location, right at Plaza de Armas.
Good breakfast, and we got a nice packed breakfast for the day we had to leave early in the morning.
Ability to leave luggage for some time.

Cons:

We actually stayed in the hotel 2 times - 1 night before our 2 day lake titicaca tour and 1 night after. For some reason for one of the nights reservation was charged through booking and all was fine. But for the second stay we had to pay on site and hotel charged us additional 10% (compared to reservation price). Not a big deal in absolute terms (like 5 usd), but no explanation was given why. Thus lower score.

Pros:

The staff was absolutely fantastic, very reactive, super friendly and helpful ! Location wise as well , and nice restaurants around.

Cons:

The bedroom was dusty , the pillow cases were stained , the air was extremely dry , from the bathroom you can hear other people going to the toilet as well, It doesn’t feels very nice . The breakfast was very passable , overall I wouldn’t really recommend unless the only thing you care about is the location.
