Fantastic week!
Pros:

Fantastic facility! Staff was very polite and attentive, the suite was amazing, clean and had everything we needed for the week. They even brought us a vacuum so we could keep things tidy with a 2 & 8 year old.
The grounds looked great!
Overall it was a great week and if we get back to the area we will book here again.

Cons:

Only thing we would say is the resort activities were so so and most during the day when we were out doing things or there was a crazy additional cost to do a lot of the activities. One evening the magic show was unfortunately canceled and they had no back up plan other than to post a sign. We felt they should have done something with all the kids looking forward to that show but they were all turned away.

Pros:

Everything was fantastic, overall the best place we have stayed ...

Cons:

We had no problems, we didn't dislike anything..if I had one thing to comment on it would be the indoor pool could have been warmer as a heated pool it was to cool

Overall stay was great as usual considering that we are regulars here.
Pros:

Housing units well kept and stocked with all necessary items that was a value to us during our stay.

Cons:

the only bad thing that we noticed was that the sliding door which leads outside didn't have a lock that worked properly on this particular unit, but it did have the security cross bar for the door.

Great location, but bad attention to detail and support from staff

Cons:

Management didn’t respond when we asked to talk with them repeatedly and they didn’t have a pack and play when I called day before and was told it was not a problem at all we had to buy one and they don’t give enough towels and when we asked for extra towels, they tried to charge us for them and we had to argue over getting extra towels, just enough for the people actually staying in the room also, there’s no security going in and out, which was a concern

staff was excellent and Ms Jocelyn number one ,Kayla was good as well , my family said they would definitely come back thanks to these two

Location was great and we were in the Rhode Island. that was right across from the pool.

Pros:

First off the staff was very nice and greeted you with a smile. I loved the freedom of a condo opposed to having a hotel room. It was clean , quiet and everything you needed at your finger tips. And if you didn't have it , there were plenty of choices near by.

Cons:

The master bed wasn't as comfortable as i hoped for. And I wish there was a vacuum in the units for me to clean a little better behind my kiddos.

A nice place- very comfortable apartment.
Pros:

Really comfortable apartment. Loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom.

Cons:

When we arrived (late in evening) we discovered the toilet was clogged. I don’t understand why housekeeping didn’t notice this when they cleaned the room prior to our arrival cause it was pretty obviously clogged!! Maintenance came right away (at 11 pm) but unfortunately couldn’t fix with a plunger and had to come back the next day. So we had to share the master bathroom the first night which meant walking through the bedroom during the night.

The best place you will ever want to stay

I like the atmosphere what we enjoy most was the pool the outdoor pool that indoor pool everything was clean it was fabulous

Excellent Stay
Pros:

I liked the close proximity to the Williamsburg Outlets, restaurants and other retail businesses. The facilities were well kept and the condos were nice and clean.

Cons:

Not enough activities for families to make people want to stay on the property each day.
