Other than the firm bed it was a nice place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Would stay again because of staff and location and there really isn’t another option in the town

Great location for anything at UMO

Cons:

The WiFi that had to be reconnected every single time you left the hotel. Towels and pillows were pretty small. Housekeeping didn’t even make the beds. All they did (once) in our 3 nights was remove the trash from the bin (not the empty boxes we left next to the trash can) and added more towels - without removing used ones. Was shocked that beds weren’t made.

Excellent location
Pros:

Location was great. Staff was great and accommodating

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't the best HOWEVER, the older lady was TOO sweet! Always holding conversations and asking if she could do or get us anything.

Pros:

Room was clean. Bed was a little on the hard side, but not bad. Breakfast was good. Hardee's was right in the parking lot if you require more than a waffle, cereal or a bagel.

One of our top choices for the area
Pros:

Friendly staff that was very accommodating to our requests. Need to change one of our rooms and they quickly addressed the issue. Everything with rooms were clean. Often stay here due to commutable distance to our destination.

Cons:

Priced a little higher ($40 or so) more than what we have experienced previously.
