horrible probably never again
Pros:

tbh I didn't like anything. total disappointment from what I had expected after seeing and booking online however it is nothing like there online pictures etc and not a very clean hotel.

Front desk girl was nice.

Cons:

I don't have a credit card. I've rented many hotel rooms without one. I just put the deposit on my visa debit. The manager said I'd have to put a $500 deposit down to use a visa debit. Absolutely ridiculous. We went to the Best Western and had no troubles.

Bullshit.
Pros:

Everything, except the Hidden $300 damage deposit.

Cons:

The $300 Damage deposit was not listed on the ad when I booked... The add specifically said that there were no additional fees. It was embarrassing.

In my rage fuelled rant to the front desk, she had mentioned that if I would have booked through the hotel directly, the charge would have only been $100. Obviously Booking.com has some repairing to attend to with this hotel.

gym - broken, breakfast - when food ran low, it wasn't refilled for a long tim
pool hot tub closed one day, too much chlorine in pool water

Pros:

Comfortable bedding, helpful staff. Rooms were very clean.

Cons:

It has nothing to do with the hotel and anything they can do, but lots of people letting their kids run around the hotel screaming and unsupervised, waking us up early.
