Just what we needed while we were in Wellington thanks.
Pros:

Enjoyed the location as it was handy. The heaters were on when we arrived and was nice and toasty warm.
Plenty of space for both of us.

Cons:

Quite a bit of noise in the early hours of the morning with rubbish trucks at the rear of the property crashing and banging bins. Both nights by the way.

Good dining options and vibe in the central city
Pros:

Great central location with the airport bus directly outside the accommodation and great eateries within walking distance. Very clean with good water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

The washers might need replaced in the bathroom taps.

Pros:

I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartments. Good comms with staff with easy to follow check in process. No reception, security entrance. Self contained.

Rooms are spacious and tidy. Great location with bars and restaurants in the immediate area. 3 min walk to the supermarket.

I left my phone in the room on checkout. I got a hold of staff and they quickly got housekeeping to meet me at the front door to collect my phone.

Highly recommended…. I will definitely stay here again.

Quiet and comfy on Courtenay
Pros:

The Village 2 bdrm apartment was tidy, and very clean upon arrival.We were surprised about the convenient location, right in the 'hub' of the vibrant wellington nightlife- which is what we were after.We could walk only a few minutes to where we wanted to go.Local supermarket as well as a convenience store was also within a few minutes walk.Additional to this, it was quiet for such a well located place, the apartments are well set back from the main road, so we couldn't hear any 'city life' noise.
The rooms were a good size and the beds were very comfy.the overall size of the apartment was a great size for a two bedroom apartment, with well appointed seated area , kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom.
we were very happy

Cons:

The initial checking in wasn't very clear, and when we rang the number at the door as required it wasn't answered and we had to wait with bags etc out on the street which was quite uncomfortable and inconvenient for us.
Additional to this, finding a park to offload bags near the building was difficult, as traffic is very busy and congested on Courtenay place, we had to park further around the corner and walk our bags down which was a bit painful. Closest parking building was also a couple blocks away(the 'upside' was that it was very reasonably priced by Wellington parking building standards).

overall a good stay, and the location was convenient, with restaurants situated right downstair
Pros:

I appreciate how comfortable it is, especially being set back from the main street, which keeps the environment quiet and free from noise. I like how safe it is as well with multiple doors to enter.

Cons:

While the stay was overall comfortable, there were a few areas that could be improved. The space felt quite dark at times, and both the dishwasher and washing machine were noticeably loud. The shower is on the smaller side, and the shower head couldn’t be adjusted further, which caused water to spray onto the glass panel. Additionally, the toilet is positioned close to the adjacent room, which may affect privacy for guests in that space.
