The location, the beds were great, the quick response from staff when problems arose.

Cons:

Unfortunately, a number of things broke down in our first 24 hrs. I think this was unhappy coincidence, but it could also indicate poor maintenance checks.

The place was extremely central.

Cons:

I was disappointed that I did not receive the lockbox code prior to the arrival date. Standing in the doorway in the evening with luggage at foot trying to ring someone was not pleasant

Great location, close to all we wanted to see in Wellington. Clean and had everything we needed

Cons:

Would have loved some secure parking options. But we had to park the car at Te Papa for $40 per night

Pros:

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is surrounded by food shops so we didn't need to travel to get food. Pick up and drop offs for uber users were right outside the door so made getting around Wellington easy. The manager was super responsive to messages for any queries. Information for arrival and key pickup was very clear and easy to navigate. Would stay here again.

Great location, space ideal for family who want their own space
Pros:

Location , space and great shower pressure

Cons:

The instructions for arrival were poorly written and easy to overlook the code. By chance we arrived at same time as another booking who also booked via booking.com took us as combined effort over 10min and that was after they called the reception line .
