Really good, highly recommend
Pros:

Great location, space, comfy beds - really good. We were able to drop our bags at a place a few places down which we really appreciated.

Cons:

The only thing I could comment on is that the drier did not work, however the rest of the apartment was great.

We felt very at home at the village and were so happy about how close it was to all that we needed and more !!!
Pros:

I love the size of the apartment, the facilities available, the fact it’s so central, clean, comfortable, affordable…… I could go on and on …… love the place and plan to stay there on every visit to Wellington City !!!!

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like !!

Inspite of requesting in advance for electric blankets none provided. The heaters provided small not suitable for the room or hall size. The TV remotes were not functioning

Central accommodation
Pros:

Thank you for turning on the heaters, it was a freezing day. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great pressure, both awesome.
A fully functional kitchen was great for us cooking breakfast. The downstairs toilet was a great asset. Saved walking up and down the stairs. Central to main streets and a 7 minute walk to the concert we were going to. Csr park was generally close though not on site. Overall a lovely apartment.

Cons:

It needed more lighting in the lounge. The table chairs were steel or metal and cold to sit on and there was no toaster.

It was a great spot for us to stay the night in Wellington before catching the Ferry.
Pros:

The room was easy to access with the key being left in a lock box. When we entered the room it was lovely and warm. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately the washing machine was faulty. It wouldnt finish its cycle and we had to leave with a bag full of wet washing. We left a note to notify the cleaners.

Pros:

We stayed for work conference - property was clean and in a pretty good location - walking distance to just about everything. Great value for money. Found parking just across the road so no issues there.

The location. The real estate

Cons:

We were cold. The heaters did not heat the space. We were not warm in the rooms . Once in bed we were warm and dry
