Pros:

Location and everything but instructions to get in with regards to property as we arrived late & couldn’t find. Person on phone just said the code and about envelope but no instructions that they were upstairs and at the end of a court yard.

Pros:

Room was warm enough when we arrived, especially that we have a baby with us. And it was very clean. Customer service was also excellent.

Pros:

Location, size of apartment value for money

Cons:

Could hear a vibrating sound coming through the walls for several hours. Phone the 0800 and they said they could send someone out in about an hour to the neighbour's apartment. The noise stopped after that. Could hear the neighbour's TV through the walls and someone singing. Rooms are clearly not soundproof. Oil heater in one of the bedrooms did not work.

A good place to stay for families
Pros:

A perfect location for our city mini break - the accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed.

Comfortable and convenient in the heart of Wellington city
Pros:

The apartment was clean and warm when we arrived. It was fully equipped and had everything we needed. The lockbox was easy to locate however no information on the app, I had to phone the main call centre to find out how to enter the unit. Location is perfect for Wellington city.

Cons:

There isnt a fan in the bathroom so the tiles got quite slippery and dangerous. The corner of the shower leaked so we had to stuff a towel on the floor to absorb the water. The microwave contained the previous guests left over kabab - and it didnt look particularly fresh so could have been there for a couple of days!
