Pros:

The layout and space were perfect. Close to places to eat. I didn't realise there was no reception but check in was super easy over the phone they provided the code to get key from lockbox.

Cons:

No parking but a Wilson car park across the road

Spacious apartment in a great location. Comfortable enough.
Pros:

Location and size of apartment. And they prioritise our room for a slightly earlier check in so we could put our baby down for a nap.

Cons:

Some areas could use some maintenance and bathroom could use an exhaust fan as there is no ventilation in there.

Disappointing
Pros:

The size of the apartment was great

Cons:

It was difficult to find down a small alley way took us an hour of driving in the rain to find it. We arrived at 10:30 at night with small kids to discover due to pipe maintenance our room had no water, this was upsetting for our freezing children as they couldn’t shower or even fill up there drink bottles after a long day of traveling from Australia. We had to park on the street a long way up the road as our hire car would of been too high for the designated parking area

Great location indeed, but the air ventilation and smell is disappointed.
Pros:

Great location, that's 100% for sure, near to everything else.

Cons:

There is NO window that can open in both bedrooms, and the paint smell is really strong, not comfortable.

Great location for our short stay in wellington
Pros:

location was great. could walk around downtown, to uni, botanic gardens, parliament.
its upstairs in a little courtyard which had several restaurants. food court across the road. pre paid parking building across the road. very clean.
location and convenience and price were great
the bathroom was upstairs with the bedrooms.

Cons:

the decor is getting a little tired - however didn't really care.
our plug in the bathroom didn't work - someone came to fix it right away, but I thought maybe the cleaning staff might have noticed and arranged it to be fixed before hand.
the couch downstairs really is too small to sleep on. There was a bit of road noise - trucks etc - outside our window from about 5 am. If you can't handle stairs its not for you - internal stairs, and stairs to access the apartment.

Pros:

Great location. Our apartment was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children.

Cons:

Despite a full oven, there were no baking dishes or baking tray so the oven was effectively useless.

Great stay with a treasure hunt element.
Pros:

The property was a great size for six of us and in a great location.

Cons:

The only issue we had was that we didn't get clear instructions in how to access the apartment. We had to ring a number on a lock box that want the same number as on the app. But we figured it out.

Beautiful stay in a lovely city with so much to do and see on your doorstep.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Great to have the space for 4 to spread out and relax rather than a hotel room. Japanese restaurant downstairs was lovely with great shopping and eating options nearby.

Cons:

Noise from street and other rooms was a little annoying but could be expected in the location.
