Le + et ce qui fait toute la différence c’est le personnel de l’établissement excepté peut-être un profil souvent présent lors des petits-déjeuner le matin où l’on sent qu’il ai pas à l’aise avec la communication et la façon de s’adresser aux clients ; dommage !
Également, le soin apporté lors du nettoyage des chambres qui était parfait !
Le confort des lits comme d’habitude !
L’exception d’une personne issue du personnel qui devrait apprendre la finesse de la communication avec les clients.

We should have researched the Mama Shelter Concept before booking - the overall feel of the hotel was like a back packers shelter, slight upgrade from a hostel. The entrance to the hotel from the car park was AWFUL - dark, dingy and scary. The corridoors of the hotel were bare and the flooring and unpainted walls of the rooms gave it a university dormitory feel. The neighbourhood was also covered in graffiti
