Title: Beautiful hotel, great location and a very helpful team

What we liked:
The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent, right in the heart of Makarska and close to everything. The staff were extremely kind and patient with us: at check-in we realized we had made a duplicate booking by mistake, and despite the language barrier they helped us sort it out quickly, cancelling the extra reservation with a full refund. That level of kindness is rare and made us feel welcome from the first minute.

Would we recommend it? Absolutely. We would gladly stay here again.

The hotel has a fantastic location, right on the first row of the coast and very close to the city center square, making it easy to reach both the beach and the commercial district.

The staff were extremely polite and warm, providing us with a lot of useful information. Upon arrival, they guided us to a cheaper and safer parking lot, helping us avoid the expensive and risky parking spots along the coast. When we wanted to visit Kava Beach, they enthusiastically gave us directions and discussed routes with us like friends, and even helped us arrange the ferry so we could comfortably reach the beach.

The breakfast was delicious and generous, and enjoying it while basking in the comfortable sunshine facing the coast was wonderful. The staff's service made us feel warmly welcomed and cared for. The room was spacious with elegant decor, and we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay for the night.

Location was perfect , nestled between main riva and old town!!

The hotel is fitted out to a high standard, felt luxurious. The location is perfect and best for last reception staff were extremely helpful and lovely.

Utrolig pent og virkelig hyggelig personal. Fikk utdelt håndklær til strand, flere ganger per dag om ønskelig. Frokosten var helt topp, istedenfor buffet fikk man bestille frokost fra en meny, helt genialt.

Das Herz und die Seele dieses süßen sehr gepflegten und kleinen (11 Zimmer) Hotels sind Ivana und Maja - zwei Powerfrauen, die einen unglaublich herzlich, offen und sympathisch in Empfang nehmen. Ich schreibe sonst nicht über Mitarbeitende in den Hotels, aber die zwei müssen erwähnt werden, weil sie ein Highlights unserer Kroatien-Reise waren.
Zum Zimmer: super, angenehme Größe, ebenso das Bad, gute Pflegeprodukte, Parkplatz gibt es vergünstigt an der Promenade und die Sauberkeit hat auch überall gestimmt. Wer es benötigt findet sogar deutsches TV und sehr gut funktionierendes W-LAN!

Un accueil juste exceptionnel . Le lendemain de notre arrivée c'était mon anniversaire et Maja, responsable hébergement, m'a souhaité un joyeux anniversaire en nous apportant une bouteille dans la chambre,! Ouahh, que dire ! D'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme qui donne envie de revenir avec grand plaisir ! Merci !!

Esperienza fantastica! Ci siamo sentiti a casa fin dal check-in. Camere curate nei minimi dettagli, pulizia impeccabile e personale che ti fa sentire davvero coccolato. La colazione è un punto forte e la vista dalla camera era stupenda. Un grazie speciale a tutto lo staff
