Quiet & comfortable near old town
Pros:

It was quiet and just at the edge of the old town, so less busy. Breakfast selection was great and fresh, good beds. Very nice staff!

Cons:

The window in the room was very small and the interior for a 4 star hotel is a bit outdated, looked better on pictures but not bad.

LO CONSIGLIEREI SE I PREZZI DEL SOGGIORNO FOSSERO PIU' BASSI.
Pros:

La posizione della struttura era ottima, a pochi passi dal centro storico e da tutto quello che c'era da vedere. La colazione a buffet davvero ottima e varia, soddisfa chi predilige il dolce e sicuramente molto di più chi predilige il salato. Il personale e' disponibile e parla un ottimo inglese.

Cons:

A mio avviso non è un albergo a 4 stelle. In camera non c'era la dotazione tipica di un albergo a 4 stelle, niente cuffia per la doccia, niente spazzolino da denti con annesso piccolo dentifricio, niente ciabatte e solo una bottiglia di acqua al giorno per due persone. La doccia era molto scomoda perché fuoriusciva l'acqua durante l'utilizzo quindi bisognava rivolgere il soffione verso il muro per evitarlo e questo faceva si che lavarsi risultasse molto complicato. Vorrei inoltre segnalare, senza entrare troppo nel dettaglio (perché spiacevole), che il porta scopino per wc era sporco e questo non può e non deve succedere in un albergo a 4 stelle. Avrei usato volentieri la sauna ma era troppo piccola e sono claustrofobica.

Very good indeed
Pros:

Best healthy breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel - but I rate very healthy options.

Excellent location for all the sights.

Cons:

The aircon couldn’t be adjusted to a cooler temperature in my room than 21.5 so I had to open the window.

Breakfast was extremely expensive!

Loved the hotel, staff and location apart from the hard mattresses and temperature control of room

Loved the staff and location. Breakfast excellent. Restaurant good.

Cons:

The mattresses were too hard so had to sleep on top of quilt . Also too hot in room overnight and hotel has same temperature throughout so you can't adjust it yourself.
