Comfortable and Amazing Stay
Pros:

Everything were Perfect, The Rooms are so big and comfortable, including everything you need, The Location of the Hotel is simply close to everything (in the middle of busy Verdun area- Close to ABC Mall and walkn distance from Hamra)

The staff are super friendly. Breakfast was amazing including plenties of varieties. Hotel Parking is easily accessable .Pool at Rooftop is super!

Pros:

Loved the staff hospitality and continuous welcoming attitude. Service was very good, across the board. The pool area is quite nice with an amazing view of Beirut from the top. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive and generous. Location of the hotel is good, considering Beirut is a small city with easy accessibility, however, some might prefer a location closer to downtown area.

Cons:

My only take is regarding the gym being a bit limited regarding space and machines but there are a few gyms within walking distance.

It truly felt like home away from home. Thank you to all the staff.
Pros:

There are many things I liked in this hotel: starting with the location: very convenient and close to many locations. Staff are very friendly and helpful, every single one of them was very cordial, friendly and efficient. I especially name Hadi in the Breakfast lounge who was very reliable and helpful, the same goes to the two Hassans at the Front Desk.

Cons:

There were only a couple of notes for your attention: it was impossible to adjust the thermometer in the room so I would have to switch it off because it was getting cold in the room. The second is the laundry service: although it was an added plus, but the machines were always occupied by unattended finished laundry loads. Staff should periodically monitor these machines and remove the unattended load to free up the machines for other guests.
