Las habitaciones eran muy grandes y aunque no estaban muy modernizadas si que estaban bastante limpias. El desayuno buffet bastante completo. El personal por regla general bien
Fuimos a una boda y la organizadora de eventos del hotel de nombre Elvira fue bastante desagradable y maleducada con parte de los invitados, quisimos hacerle unos juegos a la pareja y no colaboró en nada además de poner malas caras y soltar algún comentario desagradable a alguno de los amigos, tuvimos que buscarnos la vida ante su total falta de colaboración.
A beautiful hotel but sadly situated opposite a very loud fun fair and on a semi industrial estate.
All the indoor facilities were closed, no restaurant, no bar. When we asked we were informed that we would be able to eat out by the pool area. The men serving were I’m sad to say the men waiters most incompetent and untrained guys I have ever come across. One tall guy was just about able to walk in his dirty trainers and looked at us as if to say “ what are you doing here!” We ordered Ceviche to share as a stater, and it was the most un ceviche like platter I had ever seen! ( we have lived before in Peru and know what ceviche is) we also ordered a entrecot steak, both arrived at the same time, when ordering the waiter didn’t bother to ask us how we wanted the steak so it came very rare we some fries which looked like they had been hanging around for a long time. We orders a cafe con leche with a cortado, very hot please. The grumpy guy came with two cafe con leche Luke warm.
At breakfast the guy with sore feet greeted us with his usual face! The orange juice jug was empty, I asked four times for some and eventually he placed a glass of juice on the bar without a word and walked off.
Even when we booked out to leave the key we were simply asked “which room” I answered and simply got an Ok. No how was your stay, nada!
A case of URGENT TRAINING for all the staff is definitely worth considering.

No pude disfrutar de nada , tuve un problema y el hotel no me cambió la reserva ya que sería el segundo cambio.
Tiene que ser un problema grave apretar una teclla en el ordenador horrible

Cambiar una habitación tiene que ser una tarea horrible .
Me dijeron primero que tenían todo ocupado y después que no podían hacer otro cambio
La primera vez la reserva era domingo lunes y en cambio para un jueves , tiene que ser una perdida catastrófica para el hotel
