O quarto estava danificado, radiador partido da parede, uma das camas partida, chão sujo de pêlo. Teias de aranhas noa candeeiros. O pior mesmo foi o cheio insuportável de cigarro que estava no quarto. Eu levava os meus filhos, uma bebê de 3 meses fui insustentável tivemos que sair mais cedo acabando por dormir pouco tempo porque não conseguimos ficar lá dentro. Infelizmente falamos com a pessoa responsável e ela não resolveu nada

The staff is not good.

Firstly the door to the building in general was busted and anyone could enter which didn't give me too much comfort.

The facilities were also not what was expected. The Internet and the television were not working. Given this was a work trip the invent was especially Internet and o had to roam to work as the invent could not be fixed for the duration of my stay.

The owner was also unresponsive she didn't answer to my calls or solve my issues with the internet. It is important to note i never saw her or any member of staff during my stay.

After attending a meeting i decided to step out explore and get water. Upon returning to my room i couldn't enter as the code i was given wasn't working. The host didnt answer my calls nor that of booking.com for close to 5 hours (6 pm till 11pm) till someone who owns a burger shop below called her and that was when she open up the room remotely.

I cancelled afternoon that first night and mived to a proper hotel and found out hotels were cheaper and had better facilities that her. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Il y avait une flaque d’urine dans les escaliers le matin avec une forte odeur. La salle de bain n’était pas très propre, les couverts n’étaient pas non plus très propres.

Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un appartement pour 2 alors que la réservation était pour 4 adultes. La personne en ligne nous a proposé de la garder malgré tout.. ????
Odeurs de gras dans les couloirs de la résidence. Au vu de la forme, le matelas est bon à changer. L'accès à la résidence n'est pas sécurisé .... A fuir !!!!

La propreté de la chambre particulièrement des sanitaires n’étaient pas au rendez-vous d’autant que le luminaire ne fonctionnait pas.

Chambre insalubre draps auréolés nous n'avons pas dormi là !

I do not recommend this place.

1. I did not receive any message with instructions on how to access my room on the day of arrival. I called the phone number listed on Booking.com, but nobody answered. It was a Sunday. Fortunately, another guest who was entering the building helped me and gave me an alternative phone number from which she had received the access instructions. I called that number, but nobody spoke English. Eventually, I received a message explaining how to get to my room. This was already a stressful start and showed a lack of professionalism.

2. I wanted to drop off my bag and go to the shop to buy something to eat and drink. However, when I tried to open the door, the handle would not work and I was locked in. I contacted the provided number and even recorded a video of the issue. They replied in French. I asked them to communicate in English, but they continued writing in French. Nobody even made the effort to use a translator. In the end, I had to translate everything myself. After about 40 minutes, a man and a woman arrived, attempted to repair the lock, and eventually moved me to another room.

3. The internet worked for a total of perhaps two hours over the course of three days. Even when standing very close to the router, it was impossible to use it properly.

4. This is not a typical hotel but rather a room with a kitchenette. However, there was not a single fork, teaspoon, or spoon available. Even if you wanted to use the kitchen facilities, you had no basic utensils to eat with.

5. Check-out was at 11:00 a.m., yet at 10:00 a.m. a member of staff was already knocking on my door asking when I was leaving.

6. The lock on the patio door did not work, meaning that throughout the night the door could not be locked properly, which made me feel unsafe.

7. I asked for an invoice at least four times via WhatsApp and another four times through Booking.com messages. My messages on Booking.com remained unread. No invoice by now.
