Prettig, aangenaam verblijf. Gezellige kamer, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Nära till naturen, omhändertagande personal och god mat.
Pros:

Fantastiskt familjeägt hotell där familj och personal gav oss ett varmt välkomnade och service under vistelsen. Även hundvänligt och vår hund Miki trivdes. Nära liftar och vandringsleder. Och vacker utsikt från balkongen på rummet. Och de har laddare för elbil, vilket var välkommet.

Cons:

Personalen, maten och utsikten. Värnar det lokala. Definitivt värt boka halvpension. De löste galant vårt behov av glutenfri frukost och middag.

Ruhe in den Bergen mit perfektem Service
Pros:

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Hotel verbracht und waren mit allem rundum sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist ausgezeichnet – unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter.

Das Essen war einfach köstlich und sehr abwechslungsreich – wirklich ein Genuss!

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch das Badezimmer war großzügig, schön und bestens eingerichtet.

Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls hervorragend und lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Und der Ausblick vom Balkon… einfach atemberaubend! Die Aussicht auf die Berge hat uns wirklich beeindruckt.

Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ne-a plăcut foarte mult șederea la Hotel Serles. Hotelul este curat, bine întreținut și amplasat într-o zonă liniștită, cu priveliști superbe spre munți. Personalul este foarte amabil și atent, mereu dispus să ajute. Mâncarea a fost gustoasă și variată, iar zona de spa a fost un mare plus după o zi activă. Atmosferă caldă, relaxantă, ideală pentru vacanță. Cu siguranță vom reveni.

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Super freundliches Personal und die Hotelinhaber sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen war auch Spitzenklasse.... Kompliment an den Küchenchef....

En perle! Høj værdi for pengene.
Pros:

Fantastisk sted med skøn atmosfære! Kæmpe anbefaling - havde heldigvis mulighed for at blive en ekstra nat, det fortrød jeg ikke. Skøn værtinde, som tog varmt og muntert imod. Alt er i orden på stedet og maden er superlækker - tag endelig fuld pension. Jeg rejste med hund og det fungerede super overalt på stedet, også i restauranten. Kommer bestemt igen.

Le personnel est d'un grand professionnalisme, la chambre est grande et propre, le restaurant est de bonne qualité et le service à table encore irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec possibilité de commander toute forme d'omelette/oeuf cuisinés.
