I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and Muskaan (reception manager) made my stay even better. She was warm, professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick and smooth, and she was always happy to answer my questions and assist with anything I needed. We have had best food and service at the restaurant, Rosetta provides excellent customer service, the food are super delicious. All in all, they made me feel valued throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again.
Only complaint would be we were woke up 4 times during the night by people in the corridor returning to their rooms. Probably to be expected on a Saturday night

Lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. It is a bright, modern hotel. Our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable There is limited storage space for clothes. It would also have been nice to have a fridge.
We had breakfast in the restaurant which was varied and plentiful. We also had dinner on a couple of occasions. The staff were very pleasant, in particular Paulette was very attentive and made sure we had all we needed.
Overall we enjoyed our time at The Clayton and would be happy to stay again. It's a little expensive, but not outrageously so.
We have stayed here several times before and always had a great experience, which makes this visit even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this will be our last stay.
We booked three rooms for our family, and the air conditioning wasn’t working in any of them. Despite raising the issue multiple times, we were given false hope that it would be fixed, but nothing changed.
We also had to repeatedly ask for cold bottled water because the rooms were unbearably hot, yet warm bottles of water kept being sent instead. The lack of urgency and poor communication from staff made the situation even more frustrating.
It’s a shame because we’ve always enjoyed staying here, but this experience has completely changed our opinion. You have lost loyal returning customers.
