It was great, hotel comfortable and felt very at home.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was v clean and staff were helpful.

Cons:

The room was v hot and you can't open the window. The air conditioning didn't work. Staff were helpful and provided a fan and tried to find us a different room. Fan helped but it was uncomfortably hot.
The TV remote was a bit unreliable but a minor issue.

It was good for a break
Pros:

The space was good and clean. And the cleaners were very nice. The restaurant staff as well, including the staff at the reception

Cons:

Only that I constantly heard a very load BANG, it was a door. It shocked me every time I heard it. That was uncomfortable.

Pros:

Stunning room so clean absolutely fantastic

Cons:

The bar service was a bit slow as there was only one member of staff but the football was on, all good though

Modern property with good quality rooms at a value for money price

Cons:

Car parking arrangements were fiddly due to Birmingham's horrific one way system but that's hardly the hotel's fault!

Terrible Experience
Pros:

The location was okay.

Cons:

The room had no air conditioning, room temperature was 29 degrees, no windows. Despite knowing the air conditioning was faulty, reception booked us into this room and we had to check out and request a refund at 2am.

2 Nights Stay .
Pros:

Booking under G.T.Anderson 2 Nights excelent stay very impressed with Hotel and staff the only thing is the parking at the Bullring not recommended for getting in and out around the side roads can be confusing signs 1 of are guests got lost and took an hour to get tot he hotel be aware

Friendly and helpful staff, nice atmosphere

Pros:

Handy location. Massive double bed. Spacious lobby area.

Cons:

We ordered cocktails in the bar, which were garnished with cherries the bartender admitted had "gone bad". Would be good to have a fridge in the room.
