Nice beach holiday place
Pros:

The location was exceptional . You can enjoy the beach like you live in a sea front holdiay home.
easy access to all restaurants.

Cons:

I wish they can offer more competitive prices. you need to invest a lot for the location .

Pros:

Wasn’t too noisy

Cons:

1) refused to offer parking despite offering to pay
2) gave erroneous information on local parking rules
3) the breakfast was very basic without any option to add. Would be better not to offer and direct customers to one of the many good cafes

Cons:

Didn’t dislike, but it’s very tired looking. Flaking paint everywhere and views from back of property are poor. Price was okay considering but money needs to be spent paint some rooms and also the fro t of the hotel. Looking a bit scrappy.

Great staff. Excellent location. Well run, pleasant hotel.
Pros:

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Functional bar, dining, and reception set up. Nice area in front of the hotel to sit, have a cuppa and watch the world go by. Parking at the rear of the hotel was very useful and well managed.

Cons:

No real dislikes, apart from the damn Seagulls at 4am, but that is not down to the hotel.

Great stay
Pros:

The location was perfect, everything was on the doorstep! Beach, fairground, harbour and restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away! The staff were very friendly and as a single mum offered to take the case to my room and bring it down, without me even asking! These little things mean a lot! There were also.games to borrow which my daughter enjoyed!
