Pros:

Tolle Lage, konnte schon vorab über das Hotel meine Ganztages-Schiffstour über den Titicacasee buchen, das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet ist auch gut. Die Betten riesig und sehr komfortabel. Bad mit Badewanne habe ich sehr genossen. Eine Heizung gab es ebenfalls.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, room is well equipped, including heater. Shower was amazing, one of the best in Peru. Breakfast was also one of the best. We even booked it again as we had to unexpectedly return from our stay in Uros back to Puno. The hotel might feel a little bit outdated but it is very comfortable and great value for money.

Central location and helpful reception
Pros:

Central location around the corner from the main square and just a 20-minute walk to the waterfront. We were able to check-in early for an additional 50% of our room rate which was super helpful because we arrived on a bus from Cusco at 4:30am. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were also able to spontaneously extend our stay for one extra night.

Cons:

Nothing major. I booked a double room but we got a room with two big beds (twin room?) and a funny layout, with big pillars next to the beds. There was no plug for the bathtub so not encouraging to use it.
