Amazing location with a great atmosphere. Very nice and will be returning again.
Pros:

Loved the beauty of the location. It was an easy check in, had parking, amazing room with all the comforts. Very nice breakfast and location is amazing.

Cons:

Our room started leaking water from the ceiling. Upon reporting it to the receptionist, he said they knew about it.

Nuit fatiguant et décevante, qui n’a rien à voir avec ce qui est annoncé lors de la réservation.

Endroit isolé pour être au calme… sauf que l’établissement a comme voisin une villa qui loue pour des mariage et qui a l’autorisation pour qu’un DJ mette la musique jusqu’à 2h du matin…. Et le personnel de l’accueil ose dire que ça n’arrive jamais… et qu’ils ne feront pas de geste commercial!!! Nous n’avons rien dormi jusqu’à 2h du matin, alors que nous avons choisi d’être à l’extérieur de Rome pour le calme, et cet établissement est censé être calme. Enchaîner avec 10 heures de routes pour le retour, je ne choisirai plus cet établissement.

Pros:

Incantevole location sia per visitare Roma che per arrivare a Fiumicino. Colazione straordinaria sia dolce (con torte fatte in casa) che salata. Camere deliziose in stile "casette" con un proprio accesso ed un piccolo spazio esterno. Tutto molto curato.
Spa e ristorante.

The hotel is clearly geared towards on-site weddings and not for other guests.
Pros:

I was staying at the hotel to attend a wedding in another hotel. The room was large and comfortable and everything was very clean.

Cons:

My room had no wardrobe or realistic clothes storage. I needed to steam some clothes but had no hangers or a place to hang things (I borrowed a hanger in the end). I think it's pretty basic to provide hanging storage.
The breakfast is very poor and because you're in an isolated rural location there are no alternatives.
There were a couple of annoying small things like putting 2 bottles of water in the fridge and then advising on check out that I needed to pay if I used these. Again, I think it's very basic for a hotel to provide a bottle of water, especially in a hot country.

La struttura è molto bella e ha un grande potenziale.

Cons:

Camera non pulitissima, climatizzazione centralizzata e quindi non è possibile cambiare la temperatura,abbiamo sofferto molto il caldo di notte.La parte di ristorazione non a livello della struttura.
