Yatakları çok rahattı ve Güler yüzle karşıladılar konum olarak bir tık uzak geldi ama hemen 3 dkk lık yürüme yolunda tramvay vardı odalar temizdi ve güzeldi manzarası da çok güzeldi. Bu Arada yerel Pazara da çok yakındı tramvayla aynı yerde
Goede locatie, aardig personeel
Onze kamer rook enorm muf en vochtig, de muren zaten vol natte vochtvlekken, de badkamer was stoffig en beschimmeld. Voor het eerst in mn leven hebben we een andere kamer gevraagd, en die gelukkig ook gekregen. De andere kamer was beter maar ook hier geen goede prijskwaliteit verhouding.
Goede locatie en vriendelijk personeel maar wij boeken bij een volgend bezoek aan Amsterdam een ander hotel.

L’emplacement
La propreté n’était pas au rendez vous. Tachés sur les murs couloirs pas très propres, les travaux au marteau et visseuses à 8 heures du matin au dessus de notre tête. Le personnel était gentil mais ne savait pas réellement nous aider. La chambre qui nous avait été attribué n’était pas du toute celle réservée sur booking. Nous avions réserver une chambre lit double côté balcon. Nous avons eu une chambre lit simple. Le personnel nous a donner une autre chambre mais celle ci était côté rue. On pouvait bien entendre tout ce qu’il se passait dans la rue. On nous as ensuite donner une chambre côté jardin avec deux lit double..

Unser Zimmer wurde soeben frisch saniert. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem gepflegten Zustand. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Gratis Minibar in der Lobby! Zudem war das Personal sehr freundlich.
Kein Velovermietungsservice direkt beim Hotel. Dies wäre ein grosser Pluspunkt.
Gratis Getränke, nettes Personal, konnten Gepäck vorher abgeben und auch nach check out noch dort lassen.
Leider geht der Brillendeckel immer runter, Dusche war einmal sehr heiß und dann wieder sehr kalt… eine Temperatur konnte man nicht regulieren. Badezimmer war auch nicht schön geputzt.
The personal were understanding after giving us a terrible room. The new rooms are really nice and future stays will have a better experience. Breakfast is standard hotel quality and the area it is located in turned into our favourite area of Amsterdam.
In our original first room there was a cigarette on the floor and the carpets didnt give a clean impression. This room will get renovated and nice in the future.
But we had a terrible first night where we were awaken first my construction workers hammering one floor above 7 o clock in the morning. Then false alarm from the fire alarm went of 3 times in the morning. This experience ruined basically our first day in Amsterdam. Thankfully we got an upgrade which solved this. However we should never have recieved this room in the first place because it was both expensive and an awful place to stay. If not the upgrade I would have given the place a 0 and if we would have had a great experience from the start this place would deserve an 8.
The breakfast is far from excellent. It is good/okay. Basically what you can expect from many hotels. It at least felt clean and fresh. But quality and selection left more to ask for.
