When booking for more than 10 guests or 5 rooms, and bookings for more then 14 days a prepayment of 25% of the total amount is required on the day of booking. Please note that the rooms are non-refundable.

Staff is very friendly, smiling and helpful. Breaffast was unusual with pesto, american pancases, sausages, fresh fruits, vegies as option. Complimentary wine, soda and stroopwaffles at the entrance. Room was small, but everything was in it including desk, coffee maker with cups, and three different kind of very good quality tea. This standard is not oftennoffered by 4star hotels and I appreciate this a lot.
Elevator didn't work but I understand that these things are sometimes broken and requires time to fix so no problem at all. Staff took my heavy suitcase up till 1 floor with a smile.

It was in the very lovely area De Pijp with great restaurants all round. The tram system operated right outside for convenience.
Comfy room perfect for a 3 night stay.
We didn’t opt for the breakfast, but it looked really enticing! Extra coffee pods for the room were in abundance and free to ask.
The night staff kept the receptions rooms dark during the early hours of the evening, making it uncomfortable to have a night time coffee or glass of wine before bed.
